I thought for a luxury villa it would have a bit more - it was quite basic for how much we paid compared to other villas. I.e - no milk to have with tea and coffee, no kettle, iron or ironing board, very few plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. quite empty. The floor of the villa also always felt dirty. Needs to be mopped more often. Had black feet all the time from walking on it.

Fantastic location, great pool and modern facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great to have 24/7 security on site too. Good breakfast options each morning too.

The private pool although fabulous was very cold and the tiles on the bottom were very slippy, would have been better with a rougher tile for some grip.Although this didn’t take away our enjoyment of the villa.

The breakfast and selection was very good and the service was prompt and efficient. We had breakfast in our villa every morning and every day it was delicious and the staff were very attentive and provided everything we needed.

As our villa was one of the last in the compound sometime the food was not very warm. The only complaint would be that the pressure in the shower was pretty low .

The breakfast was served in the villa .Food was OK We had a few meals from the restaurant and the quality was good and good value for money. The villa was perfect for relaxing and was very spacious. As always the staff were very helpful and nice.

The location was okay but to get to the main areas, you had to navigate busy streets most without paths.

We decided to eat at the restaurant each morning rather than have breakfast delivered to our room and the staff were wonderful. The villa is spacious and comfortable with an amazing private pool. The supermarket was a 5 minute walk down a busy lane way and the main Seminyak Village a 10-15 minute walk away.

Nothing much except The water pressure of the bidet can be much better as it was too low.

It was such a very much pleasant stay. The location is also great and despite being near the road, it was very quite. We really enjoyed the villa, hospitality and service :) Great to the team and Ari who was out butler and front desk. Our stay was great.

The villas are superb massive space opening up onto a large pool. it is incredibly quiet here we did not hear any traffic. Breakfasts are exceptional. Communication and service with staff was amazing. location very central to everything.

The Claremont villa was our best stay in a long time, a clean luxurious villa with applied new techniques via Google with a well maintained garden and swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and attentive and made sure that everything went smoothly. The breakfast was good and very complete. The daily housekeeping also went very smoothly and every request was followed up immediately. We can absolutely recommend this villa for people who want a luxurious villa in combination with very good service. The location of the villas is also very good with restaurants, supermarket, shops all within walking distance.

The pool is massive and we loved the outside part. The staff were very helpful. Really comfy bed and good sized bathroom. About 10 minute walk from Seminyak square.

Our stay was excellent. The villa was perfect for our small family and was well kept and clean. Check in was easy and contacting reception via WhatsApp throughout our stay made things a breeze. We used the laundry service and driver which was great too and good value. Breakfast was great also, we could have it out in the restaurant or delivered to our room! We’ll definitely be back!

Showe water pressure and inside door didn't shut properly.

Honestly, it's the best service we have received ever. Friendly staff, clean place, everything was on point. If it wasn't for the broken door, which it left a small gap and the shower water pressure, I would have given them 11, not a 10.
