Not enough equipement for cooking. Please, buy a small cooking pot and some more kitchen staff :) And it needs more attention to the cleaning in small details.

The bathroom light is dim and the bathroom floor is slightly slippery, so caution is needed. In addition, the hair dryer emits a burnt smell, so it cannot be used.

The apartment is close to the city centre. You can find markets, restaurants and malls nearby. The apartment has a fantastic view to the city, and the facilities (pool, gym, sauna and hot tub are also great.

Most of the electric cardio equipment in the gym isn't working right - either broken buttons or missing plugs. The restaurant onsite is pretty basic

Easy check in, fast communication with staff via WhatsApp. The room is spacious, clean, with all the facilities I needed. I also used the gym, the pool and the restaurant in the complex. Nearby are many shops, restaurants etc.

I think quite hard for some taxi drivers to know it, because located in a busy area close to Hospital. Second, elaborator takes time to wait, and complicated; sometime doesn’t work, u have to try few times to work, hard to read the dashboard to select the floor the room in. I guess very boring to stay in such property if ur staying for short time. Not friendly, because some rooms are owner property. Third: if u lose ur key, would take time for the owner to come and maybe give u anther key. U have to chat via WhatsApp and the owner will wait you, even during check-in, because no reception. Could be Very boring for some travelers like me. Forth: No complimentary coffee, tea bags nor sugar. I don’t remember if hair dryer is available, yet there is iron and board. Fifth: it was nice studio, but not very friendly.

The bed is a bit too firm for me, but my husband loved it. We found a couple of small alive baby cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen which is shame! We got bug spray and hopefully killed them all..

Everything was good except the room it wasn’t very clean, we found cockroach coming out of the microwave area, the towel was very smelly but Mr. Emad give us the clean one immediately after we told him.

Just a little confusing as to which is the actual lobby of the residence - small matter.

The hosts were amazing - attended to my 1001 queries and requests with a smile on their faces. Location was convenient to get around the rest of Jakarta, and the mall beside the hotel had quite a number of things for the family as well.

Very comfortable and spacious studio apartment with incredible views over the skyline of Jakarta. Sani always answered quickly and friendly to all inquiries. Late night check-in was possible without a problem.

These are appartments, so the service level is not the same as a hotel (towels, cleaning). But we knew this upfront. There are no things who were disappointing.

the service was very good. very good communication with the owner. we had a room smelling like cigarettes and it was immediately changed to another clean room. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Shower is hot and produce enough water. Location is very good. Recommended for stay.

As I did not pay through the online payment service, the payment onsite was a bit difficult, as I am not a local and do not have local bank payment cards. Remember to pay through the Booking.com for added convenience. And I may be wrong, but I think the description for the room may be wrong? I thought the room was smaller than advertised? Sorry if I am mistaken.

The much improved cleanliness, as compared to the previous Citadines management. Relatively great value for money, as it has all the amenities for work travel, such as ironing board etc. Though I missed the water dispenser that was installed previously.

When my stayed, the TV cable cannot use since the decoder has been repaired. So the room was too quite without any entertainment.
