Zaida on the reception desk added a lot to my stay here. Outstanding service.

I arrived on a motorcycle and the carpark is a bit of a track especially with all my gear, plus the barrier was playing up at the time.

The location was great and the road outside was not too busy. All the staff were great (especially Zaida) she couldn't do enough to help.

No easy way to dry towels so needed clean ones each day. No privacy glass on windows (room overlooked by office block) and so curtains needed to stay shut

    Really clean. Nice environment/atmosphere

The height of the bed was a bit inconvenient (I literally had to climb in). Basically no view from our room.

The bed was super comfy! And the staff were sooo friendly

The hotel's location is great, a short walk to Grafton street and around the corner from the train station. The hotel is very quiet, I couldn't hear any traffic even though the hotel is close to quite a busy street. The staff are very friendly and helpful Would gladly stay here again

Quiet location and VERY comfortable room

    • Executive Room

Had a minor hiccup trying to get dinner at the onsite Carriage restaurant and had to eat elsewhere but it wouldn't keep us from staying there again.

Front Desk staff was amazing and very helpful (Simon, Samary, etc.), Loved the design of the Executive room # 520 on the 5th floor, the modern furniture, lighting controls, the wood and marble accents, super comfortable King size bed similar to USA size (unlike many that are actually Queen sized by USA standards), Dyson hair dryer (WOW!!), Commercial Nespresso Coffee Machine in the room with regular and decaf pods (creamer packs in mini-fridge), Electric tea Kettle, plus an assortment of cocoa, instant coffee, tea, and and Irish shortbread cookies. Walking distance to Trinity College and the National Library of Ireland and many cafes/pubs.

Breakfast was quite over priced, and the gym is actually in a separate hotel which you have to walk to - i don't think this was advertised clearly in the booking.

Room was spacious and had all the facilities as expected
