The hostel ist very well kept. Everything is super clean and furnished with lovely details. The garden, the views, the warm welcome - we couldn't have asked for more. From the yummy eggs provided by the chicken for breakfast to the roaring fire in the evening, we were well cared for all day long.

Everything. The place and the surroundings are beautiful, the host is friendly, the kitchen is well-equipped, and everything is clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

This was a cozy and welcome getaway, ideally located near the coast and full Belmullet peninsula. The host was so friendly and helped with anything that came up. Seeing the ducks, pigs, and chickens on the property was a pleasure. The view from the living area is fantastic and plays like an everchanging painting throughout the day. The living space with the furnace was relaxing for the evenings as well.

Amazing Holiday Hostel with picteresque view. The house itself has a rustic character, and Betty as a host is sweet, and kind person. The rooms were kept clean with ample space in the kitchen area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I loved this place, I'll definitely stay there again. It's in such a beautiful area, the views are stunning, its peaceful and relaxing. There is a huge sitting/ dining area, massive kitchen to cook, 3 or 4 showers and 3 or 4 toilets. It's beautiful, I can't wait to come back. I think you'd need a car to get there, I'm not 100% but I'm not sure if you could get there by public transport.

There's nothing that I didn't like

The hospitality at the hostel, its location and the cleanliness. Also there was breakfast and milk available. The host was unbelievably the nicest person I met (and I am used to it since the Irish people have been very warm, lovely and kind). I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's planning to visit areas within 1-2 hr drive from here.

I wasn’t expecting it to be so lovely! It was so tranquil and the gardens are beautiful. I went for work, but will return for a rest. Fabulous hidden gem. Highly recommend.

This is complaining on the highest level, but for my liking the beds were a little too soft (just a preference thing I guess)

Inkeeper was very friendly and helpful. She gave us the best recommendations for sights to visit in the area. It is well situated if you are here by car, because you can visit all the points of interest within reasonable driving time. Common room is very cozy and has a fireplace. Kitchen is big and well equipped. Shower has very reliable hot water, and water pressure is very good. Facilities are shared with only one other room, so chances to run in with other guest are quite slim (we visited off-season, so it was only us using them at the time) If I were to visit that part of this beautiful country again, I would absolutely choose this place again.

Beautiful setting. Good value. Access to a lovely kitchen and dining room. There are semi- shared bathrooms and toilets - 3 separate allocations for each. E.g. toilet 1 and shower 1 are for room 6. We didn't have to share ours, perhaps the people who did have to share were part of the same group. There is a door to lock for the showers. Although it's not en suite it's the best shared showers/toilets I've seen. Highly recommended

We hadn't realized it was out of the way but that was our error.Still beautiful there with things to do.

Everything.Was like being at home.Very comfortable and had a peat fireplace as well.Betty was full of great information.Was extremely nice and offer ducks eggs,milk,cereal and apples.Amazing lady.
