Beautiful historic building perfectly located in centre of town. We were lucky to be upgraded and our room was really spacious, the bed was large and comfortable and the facilities were of a high standard. Staff were extremely friendly.

Location was stellar. You were a short walk from the quaint shops and restaurants in town. Staff were super friendly and such a delight to talk to. Food was also excellent! Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast wasn't great. Brioche bread gets very soggy quickly and the poached eggs obviously were not drained enough. The dining room had tables much too close together while a large portion the room was unoccupied.

Bit disappointed we had to pay 32 euros for two breakfasts, its not a cheap hotel. Other than that nothing really.

A well presented hotel with a warm welcoming feel. The furnishings and decor are very in keeping the with the age and style of this property. The room was very nice, quiet and clean with super comfy beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its situated bang in the centre of Ennis

the breakfast was lacking to be honest, service only “OK” and the full Irish very underwhelming. Poor quality orange juice, poor quality pastries. No ketchup, brown sauce or Jams within east reach. plenty staff around, they just need to improve delivery of the breakfast experience here.

It was more expensive than we usually pay - and more posh. We stayed there because less expensive places were not available. Overall, while very comfortable, it was also more conservative and traditional than we usually choose. But that is preference rather than anything being wrong.

Very convenient location, near the centre of town and a short drive from a friend, whom we were visiting. It was very nice to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe room.

This was a quintessential old fashioned hotel in the heart of Ennis with a pub attached - our favorite of the trip! Fireplaces throughout, exceptionally friendly staff, there was even a house cat! So cute!

Beautiful hotel, all public guest areas decorated and furnished to an appropriate style and standard expected of a very well maintained hotel. Bedroom Beautiful, Dining room Beautiful. Very nice room. Coffee machine was a great addition but when my mum stayed in the room she didn't know that you could remove the base. The coffee cups didn't fit under the machine so she couldn't make a coffee. Someone to quickly demonstrate this would be a good idea. Someone to show them to the room would have been nice as they got lost a few times.
