When making breakfast, the toaster didn't work, emailed the company and a working toaster was brought straight away. Light in bathroom didn't work, bulb brought straight away, also toilet broke when flushed but was fixed straight away. Overall great stay and would recommend the apartments for a stay in Waterford.

Basic but lovely spacious apartment, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were very accommodating and even let us check out late which was very appreciated 🙂

A long list of rules was sent on booking. I didn't bother reading them. No towel. There was some babble about a deposit and visiting an office. Neither happened. Nostaff appeared at all. Odd.

It was well appointed in a semi-Spartan sort of style. Catering was easy but for the lack of one or two implements ( spatula/egg lifter) and towels. Wifi was fine. Parking adjacent and plentiful.

We were a group of 8 so we had 2 apartments side by side, which worked really well. We like to hang out together and there was enough room to do that. 2 rooms with en suits meant there were no long waits for showers

Hot water was a bit hard to manage. We were hoping for a pub or two nearby but all were 15+ mins walk.

Having a bathroom each was great. Lounge was nice and roomy.

The towel rental was a bit odd, but not a major inconvenience. One of the kitchen outlets didn't work, but we discovered it too late to have staff fix it before we left.

Good location about a 20-minute walk from historic Waterford. Spacious dorm set-up with separate rooms. Excellent value

Not even 1 hangers for clothes in all wardrobes. No tv remote on first eve and missed lions v Argentina had to get new remote from lady. Bedroom curtain useless for blocking morning sun !

Good central location. Information about check in was good. There was plenty of space in the apartment to store our bicycles. All messages sent were promptly replied to.

There was nothing not to like.

We arrived a little later than expected so the host left the key to our apartment under the mat at the front door. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, each bedroom was ensuite. Hand towels, soap, washing up liquid were provided. Parking and WiFi were at no extra cost. Priory House is very well situated with a 15 minute walk to the centre of Waterford with all its restaurants, pubs, shops and museums. We loved the Museum of Time. It's a real gem and well worth a visit.

The accommodation was spacious and near to all relevant amenities and shops and on bus route to major locations.

No complaints at all. Just personal preference I would have loved a power shower in our en suite even though the one we had was quite sufficient as we're all the others.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The complex is ideally located just a few minutes drive from the city centre and about 15 -20 mins drive from tramore. There is lots to do nearby and we were delighted to come back to the comfort of the apartment afterwards. I thought the beds were really comfortable as did the rest of the family. Plenty of amenities nearby, overall we had a very enjoyable stay and will hopefully be back again.

While it is self catering, I thought there might be basics like tea/coffee there, so we had to make a trip to the shop for those.

Friendly staff, very clean, good set up for a family, very close walking distance to the centre but also on the road out to Tramore and Dunmore. Free on site parking. Good size bedrooms plus 2 of them were ensuite.
