Charming and very helpful personnel, delicious breakfast, room clean and well equipped. Good music that stops around 11pm so you can enjoy it and sleep if you chose to. Very nice and authentic place to stay!

I didn’t expect it to be so loud from the downstairs pub. Till 2am the Saturday night and 12.30am the Sunday night!

Only problem music in bar plays. Late and hard to sleep with it, however if you are in the bar you would love this.

We stayed there on a weekend and knew the music from the bar would be loud but our room was right about where the speakers were and could not sleep at all. There's also no actual check-in area. We had to go up to the bar to check-in and then there was no one there when we needed to check-out.

Location is great - right in the middle of downtown and was easy to get to all our tours and there from the train Rooms were nicer than we expected and comfortable. Breakfast was decent - cold breakfast and can order anything hot off a menu. It starts at 8:30am on the weekend which we thought was kind of late.

There was nothing we didn’t like with exception of walking upstairs with our heavy luggage.

We loved our stay in this historic inner city hotel. All the staff were excellent and assisted us with our luggage and prompt service. The full breakfast was included and was excellent.

Car parking was a bit difficult ... a nearby paying carpark but it was often full!! Would have been nice to have a voucher or similar for the car parking

Staff were very helpful ... rooms were small-ish but very comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful! The location was excellent - very near all the action! Live music was very good in the evening!

Friendly staff and thanks to Daniel for helping us store our bikes. The bedroom was basic, plain and very clean. It was as I expected it to be. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and the shower was effective. Breakfast was a decent enough choice and well cooked.

Room could be bigger but it was spotless. En-suite toilet and shower were great.

The rooms are much larger and comfier than we expected staying above a bar, especially for the price paid, the bar itself is excellent with live music, sports and good staff, all finishing at a reasonable time

The view wasn't great, but this was not important to us.

This hotel was perfectly located in downtown of Killarney! It was walkable to everything (Pig's Lane, Whiskey Bar, Stonechat were places we wanted to visit for sure!) without being loud/having a lot of street noise. It was also conveniently situated above a bar/restaurant which was great for coming in for one last drink at the end of the night, and being able to walk down the steps to get breakfast. The staff were all welcoming and available for checking in, drinks/meals, and check out. The automated skylight was a very cool feature of this particular room. This room also had a fan which was a bonus for us!

It's not that we didn't like that but as the hotel warns you, its central location can make it quite noisy during the night. Also the same bed and breakfast has live singing performances during Fridays and weekends so that's surely something that someone may want to take into account.

We really liked the central location of it in Killarney. It's super close to one really big parking therefore it's very convenient if you want to access the village by car. Also the breakfast (portion and quality) was excellent!
