Perfect location, perfect room, perfect service.

Coffee machine "refused" to produce coffee and gave water instead, although I followed the instructions and used such machines before. It would have been more convenient to have a sink inside, not outside the bathroom. It was very noisy at night due to street traffic, even with closed windows. Noise became a major issue.

Very pleasant lady at the reception, hotel design, location - easy access by foot to Tel Aviv Hashalom and Tel Aviv Savidor stations, 24 hour access to the hotel and the reception, nice room and availability of all necssities including water bottles. There is a big coworking area on -1, which I did not use this time, but may return to in the future.

Very convenient location, close to the bus, tram and train station. big rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Well equipped fitness room. Highly recommended hotel!

The fridge doesn't cool that much and is sometimes noisy The shower door doesn't close and there's no privacy The safe didn't work and you couldn't lock things in it

The bed was a bit hard. The bathroom in the room was kinda weird (though we had fun playing with the lights).

The hotel was very well located, right by Azrieli center and the train station. The room was cute and clean. With complimentary coffee and waters. The front desk clerk was very friendly.

The shower was not clean all the time I stayed. Some unpleasant spots on the walls and floor. Two single beds as a double was not very comfortable

The location is incredible, the reception staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very very good. The interior looks fantastic. A lot of things for leisure and fun.

Nothing really. The remote control for the TV was a bit temperamental but nothing major.

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to train station. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The room was great. A decent size and well planned out . Clean and bright , had everything that we needed . Comfy bed , large towels , great shower.

Curtain in the shower, breakfast starts relatively late (7:30.) Pillows were too soft

Guys in the reception were really great. The last day checked out early' I got a very generous breakfast packed to take-away. The location is very central, but the room is relatively quiet Close to the Ha'Shalom train station

Improvement could be made on the coffee machine which was extremely noisy, and the toiletries which were disppointingly minimal.

The room was good, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff very nice and helpfull.

The air conditioning system worked but it was tricky to control the temperature.

Excellent location for the theater opera and cinematek of Tel Aviv. Rooms are small and very efficient. Breakfast was fresh with various options. Good value for money for Tel Aviv. Available underground parking for reasonable price.

The sink is in the room and not the bathroom but you have a big shower

the bathroom is very small, and the hand sink is outside of the bathroom the floor was a bit sticky there was some mixup with the breakfast and it took forever to get it

No real breakfast on weekdays. Lovely delicious breakfast on Friday/ Saturday.

Relaxed, warm and welcoming, fun vibe in the Hub. Fun art everywhere. Comfortable and quiet room - perfect for single traveler. Fabulous location.

The hotel is very central, within a walking distance from everything besides the beach. The staff are very friendly and available at all hours of the day and night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the fact that you need your room card to work the elevator and to enter the hotel at night, gave me a feeling of safety.

ONE THING. Electric wall socket is on same circuit as all room lights. Switch off lights to go to sleep. Wake in morning with dead mobile and dead laptop. Hotel had this reported before!
