Rooms always had damp walls, and beds felt damp. we were not allowed to switch off ac as rooms were accumulating moisture on walls and ceiling that would later deip on the beds and our belongings, ac was leaking we had to clean the floors during our stay as rooms were wet we complained many times and they sent an electrician but it didnt solve the matter, no beach access as the beach door was blocked with sand, windows not to be opened as they are locked but during the night they just popped open and we had to call the reception, check out we had to carry our bags despite calling reception they were giving priority to check ins and did not pick our calls, only check in we were assisted. They were always following for payment. Bathrooms have no window or ventilation and are small. It was an ok stay as we were out most of the time. I would not opt to stay again.

Anywhere in Mumbai you go there is a distinct sewarage smell. At times this smell also pervaded the hotel facilities. Also Indian food is intensly smelly and unfortunately the kitchen smells reached right up to the 3rd floor. Fortunately it was only the outside of the room that smelt and not the room itself. the beach is cleaned every morning which is great. We could go for walks then but in the evening it was filthy and you do not want to walk on it in the dark, all sorts of disgusting things are left lying from faeces to glass!! Water is warm but murky brown and sometimes smelly. We did not want to swim even though the weather in April is suffocatingly humid and warm.

the beach is right outside of the hotel. great for walks. comes alive every night. the hotel restaurant was being renovated but their breakfast lounge and cafe lounge had lovely views . Mumbai is filthy but comparatively Juhu beach is cleaner . We had to be near Bandra West (too dirty for westerners) so Juhu was a good choice. Colaba is probably the cleanest but tooo expensive. Juhu has a wealth of cafes and buzzing night life. the hotle staff are amaxing. willing tio help you with everything. Housekeeping are wonderful, they do room cleans every day if you wish and they have a laundry service too. great Bell Boy service.

The restaurant bill and room-service bills should have been clubbed together rather than pay upfront. I mean we are not running away. Shows lack of trust on their guests.

On arrival, we were met with a very sower faced, tierd young man. It was 4am, and we had been on the go for over 24 hours. He was at best rude and had no help at all. We were not offered any drinks and were extremely thirsty. We had to wait until 8am when the breakfast was being served so we could buy tea & coffee. We really felt like lepers and not welcome until we had checked in. Very money orientated hotel...

The housekeeping staff were excellent as where the waiting staff. The food was good. The manager was very nice...

Restaurant is really good, room service was excellent too, and the location of the hotel is excellent. It is right on Juhu beach - which has a lot to offer, morning and evening walk, water sports, cool breeze at dusk and dawn.

The hotel is a good value for the money. The stuff was very nice and helpful. The room was not so big, but enough as we just slept there. They cleaned and changed towels every day. The food in the restaurant was good, beside the breakfast, which was nothing special. The stuff in the restaurant was also very nice.

Breakfast arrangement and seating arrangements in Breakfast lounge. Table chairs are not comfortable. Use chairs of normal height so that people can seat comfortably.

Unfortunately, through no fault of their own,you see daily accumulation of garbage which the municipal work hard to clear on the beach just outside the hotel But at night the rubbish is back This stretch of beach is lively with many water sports and shops.Sadly some of the people just leave their waste on the beach.Thus is just ignorance or irresponsible.

Staff asked me to pay my room service bills on the spot, this was very uncomfortable when someone comes for a relaxed room stay, i hv stayed in 100s of hotelss and room bills wre signed and payed later, i said to them, takean advance if u like but dont expect small transaction payments during room orders, infact the card machine send to the room wasnt working due to signal problem, also

Staff although helpful were very young and inexperienced, supervised by only a few senior colleagues. This made ordering items in the bar/restaurant a little difficult, as well as when asking questions at the front desk. The room doors did not keep corridor noise out very well so some guests were able to cause disturbances. Access to the beach was a little tiresome as a gate had to be opened/closed only by staff. On one occasion someone put the music in in the bar very loud and earlier than they should have, it was around 7-8am and must have woke most of the hotel up. This only happened once and must have been a mistake.

Hotel was right on the beach, which wasn't too busy. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Rooms were clean, fairly modern and were cleaned and replenished frequently. Whole hotel experience was good and was in a good location for the sea and local bars and restaurants.
