We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaEverything you can say is distasteful . To start with the name of the property has changed and to my knowledge Cozzet has exited the partnership . Now it’s called only Deera . I am not sure why booking.com does not know about it . There are frequent post cuts and one day their genset also failed .
Nothing is there to like the property in the picture and the property actually is very different. It’s shabby dirty , full of flies. However, the staff are excellent and very polite .
