Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our family stayed at Hotel Daanish Residency during our visit to Delhi and we couldn’t have been happier. The rooms are ideal for families — spacious, neat, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the excellent service and hospitality. Every staff member, from housekeeping to reception, was polite, professional, and eager to help. The hotel’s location made commuting very convenient, with easy access to Karol Bagh Market and other major spots in Delhi. We felt safe, relaxed, and well-cared-for throughout our stay. I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Daanish Residency, Karol Bagh. The staff was extremely courteous and made sure every small need of ours was taken care of with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, being close to the metro station and market. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. Everything is good.
The hotel is very accessible.near metro station,just a walking distance from the hotel.The restaurants,pharmacies are just around the corner.Staffs are very friendly and helpful especially to Mr Suman Mishra. The price is quite reasonable with free breakfast. We definitely book in this hotel next time we will come to Delhi .Thanks!
