I honestly couldn't find anything major to complain about during my stay at The Hideaway Homestay. However, a few improvements could enhance the overall experience. For instance, it would be helpful if the refreshing kit included essentials such as soaps, shampoos, and toilet tissues, without needing to request them. From a customer’s perspective, it would be best if these items were readily available in the room prior to check-in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hideaway Homestay in Chail, and it was truly one of the most fantastic homestays I've ever experienced! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms – everything was spotless and well-kept. The food quality was exceptional, with delicious meals that made me feel right at home. The staff and owners were incredibly attentive and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. As the name suggests, The Hideaway is perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle, offering a serene and peaceful retreat. It's a bit off the main road, requiring a short 200-meter uphill drive, but this slight detour is absolutely worth it for the tranquility and beauty that awaits. Inside the rooms, there's a fancy staircase leading to an upper deck where two people can sleep, making it ideal for families. While the upper deck is perfect for children, the whole room can comfortably accommodate up to four people. At night, you'll be treated to a stunning starry sky, making it a perfect spot for night sky lovers and photographers. The clear, unpolluted skies offer a breathtaking view of the stars, adding to the magical experience of staying here. What's more, The Hideaway Homestay is both family-friendly and perfect for staying with friends. Whether you're looking for a cozy family getaway or a relaxing trip with friends, this homestay caters to all. If you're looking for a charming, well-maintained, and hospitable place to stay in Chail, I highly recommend The Hideaway Homestay. It exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return! Since the menu is purely vegetarian, I would like them to add healthier options in the breakfast like veg Paratha, poha, etc. rather than Maggie and sandwich since it's all maida, which I personally don't like. The rest was good, I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are neat and tidy, it is very spacious, the bathrooms are also clean, the premise is located in the lap of nature, it's a little off road but that's what we wanted. The staff are friendly and we enjoyed talking to them during the complementary bonfire, the rooms were exactly how it was depicted in the pics, so we were very satisfied. I wish we could spend one more night there, we stayed just for two nights, it just passed by very quickly. Also, the staff are supportive, they allowed us early check in and were flexible during the checkout also. They took us to the farms nearby in the morning and a view point at night.
