We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great Breakfast, variety of food and drinks. The room was exceptional with a personalised touch. Felt warm and cozy throughout my stay at JW Mariott. The front desk staff also was very welcoming with quick check in procedures.

IndiaA few things could have been better in my opinion. The hotel could do with a small kid's play area. We assumed that the hotel would have a play area but we were in for a disappointment. The pool is not heated, so it was practically unusable in Bangalore's winter. Overall there was not much for my kid to do at the hotel.
The hotel is centrally located with an excellent view of Cubbon Park and Vidhana Soudha. As a local Bangalorean, I always wanted to stay at JW Marriot to experience the views of Cubbon Park and it didn't disappoint. We ordered Room service a few times and they were delicious every single time. We even asked them to make something soft for our kid and they were very courteous in doing so. They even waived off the charges for the kid's food.

It was the first time for my family and myself to stay at JW Marriott Bangalore and we look forward to coming back. The location was very convenient with great options for dining and shopping right next door at UB City Mall.

A perfect location in the central Bangalore. You can enjoy waking in Cubbon park nearby. Also you can reach various nice shops and restaurants on foot. They have a pool & spa to relax. JW kitchen on the ground floor serve amazing breakfast with live kitchens for Indian and western. On top of that, all staff are very professional as well as friendly and kind. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager, Mr. Panwar.

They missed the checkin on our second room, it was late when we again went down to reception to get the key. They forgot to bring it up to the room.

The location is what I liked the most. Cubbon Park is right next to the hotel and early mornings in Cubbon Park is the best way to start your day! The breakfast spread was fabulous and the quality was amazing! The best medu vada ever!
