For breakfast spread was quite appealing and caters for taste of all. Staff was excellent. A gentleman named Sandeep exhibited very satisfying conduct, always willing to walk extra mile. Impressive! Staff in other funstions was good.

When a couple is staying in a room , please make sure 2 sets of cutlery, plates etc are kept in the room. Also the the hotel price is a bit high.

Hustle on checking in and checking out early or late. The way to hotel was really bad and smells foul. Mosquitoes inside room really bad.

Room and toilet was clean. Coffee was really good. Breakfast was amazing . Complementary water was best out of all.

The drew payment for the 1st night from my card without my consent. I believe it was miscommunication and was promised that it will not be repeated.

The hotel is one of a kind in the city. Exceptional in many aspects from help desk to restaurant chef all are very friendly and welcoming. The food is outstanding and the breakfast is scrumptious. Om the chef made sure we get the best. Pooja, Abhishiek, Shyma and many others from help desk were very nice. Will surely visit again.

Bar prices are crazy expensive. The seats in the bar were uncomfortable and the music was to loud. The impression is that the guests are essentially stuck at this location so lets gouge them!

Very good breakfast with fast efficient service. Very good coffee, not crowded and excellent selection on the buffet. My only regret is that I forgot to order the poached eggs on smashed avocado! The lounge facilities were very good though it would be better if it also opened for breakfast.

- Reception was too loud with music from both bar and restaurant. - The bed in the room was sinking to one side which resulted in. disturbed sleep. - I settled the bill at 9 am and informed reception I will remain in the room till 12 noon (as per checkout time) to avoid checkout rush and leave quickly for my appointment. However, I started receiving calls by 9:30 am from the duty staff on instructions from duty manager asking what time I will leave the room. This is absolutely not acceptable and very rude behavior of staff to put pressure on guests to check out early. Wonder why they should even call when checkout time is 12 noon.
