The location of this hotel is excellent and is situated just beside the ticket counter. It is nearest to the civil lines side of the station. It only takes less than a minute to reach the platform from the hotel.

Indiaworst service staff behaviour was not good, room was not clean , lot of cockroaches in washroom and in room , washroom is like they dont even clean it after any check our .leakage in toilet , food was not good ordered fried rice they give us like boiled rice and said this is the only fried rice we have and again we ordered diner bt after 40 min we remind him for our order they said they dont have any order from your room , pathetic hotel , service and food , rooms was not maintain , full of dust and spiders , cockoaches

IndiaThe towels were rough and age old....The bed had one leg missing and was balanced on brick...the bathroom had old toiletries....toilet paper was missing....Initially staff tried to extort money by asking for Rs. 1000 for early checkin....Early checkin was issued in a Non AC room for few hours.....Overall a pathetic experience...a clear never to visit Hotel....Despite repeated reminders water and all were served at very slow pace....Iron was denied outright...despite having an inhouse laundry.....There was no cupboard or a single drawer in entire room.....I wud say a complete waste of money....

United KingdomThe hotel was dirty no hygiene, the room actually made us sick it had crap smeared all over the walls. Even breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever had. The staff weren't supportive and no customer service. I actually need a refund of what I have been forced to pay at the hotel today.
There was nothing to like of the hotel. It is mis-sold the pictures are not the same to what is there when you arrive.

India1st- It would have been better if drinking water were available in large jug or bottles instead of 2 tiny bottles of 500ml capacity. Due to this we had to make call again and again to get drinking water. 2nd- There was no one to assist you in transporting luggage to your room in case you have enough bags to carry by themselves. Please sort out these and you are awesome !
Hotel is nice, situated in the railway station premises towards the platform no.10 which opens up to civil lines. There was no noise of trains coming in during my stay. Quiet and minimal disturbance. If weather permits you can walk all the way to civil lines main market from this hotel. So all in all nice stay in the price band of 1600- 1700 rs.

IndiaJust next to Railway Station: Noise Pollution - you will know which train is coming on what platform. Never recommended if you are travelling with Family. No Facility in Room-No Electric kettle, No Complimentary Tea/Coffee, no dustbin in the room. Road Side Parking- Parking Area is not Owned by Hotel. Mosquitos in the Room, windows are fixed that could not be opened to have fresh air. For every thing you have to complain and hotel will accept their fault and do nothing. Breakfast-Worst ever had in any hotel (especially traveling in North India).
Rooms are spacious and Bathrooms are good. Good room service.
