Coffee in the morning is only machine made and nothing special. Breakfast in general could be better, taste better, but still the breakfast is healthy and fresh.

Polite staff and the compound area is very luxurious. You're able to feel like a noble person without wearing fancy clouds even though you're surrounded by marvelous interiors.

Choose the rooms with the exec lounge, it's great and with a great view. Rooms are nice, and bedding is excellent. Build in window couch is comfortable and a nice touch.

Quality of chair in room, the back legs keep hitting you while walking. Very cold reception staff- during check in and check out No welcome given at arrival Limited Indian dessert menu- only 2 items across all restaurants

I felt that the hotel was very expensive in comparison to other options in the area but the hotel is nice and gives you a safe haven to get away from the chaos of Delhi. The bar and restaurant prices were far too high and the hotel is just a short walk away from some decent bars and restaurants that cost a fraction of the price. Also, it would have been better if we could have beer served to us when chilling pool side.

Very nice hotel in New Delhi, good location just a short walk from the metro. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable. We loved the pool which was ideal to cool off after a busy day sight seeing.

The pool could have been better: there are not many sunbeds, at least not enough and,in my opinion, the staff could be more caring about people who come and go, leaving their towels on the sunbeds without using them anymore

Hard sell by the Bar man in the bar trying to upscale drinks, not listening to my requests. Also, too many private events in the bar meaning the full services were not available.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and attentive staff. Location is great also. Had an issue with an external travel agent and the Duty Manager (male Saturday 30th March) was superb support and offered us help.

Good location and great breakfast with lots of options. Room was nice and clean, also good and supporting staff. As a 5 star hotel, I believe it was at the top of its game about 15 years ago, looking at the rooms and exterior you realize sometime has passed though it makes up for it.

Furniture was dated. Wash basin in our bathroom was jammed. We had to call services middle of the night.

Breakfast options were vast and food quality was very good. Room service was also very good. Location could not be better.

I had a problem with my dates of travel. I let them know that i Needed to change my reservation. They said that is not possible because was made by booking. They didnt give any Solution or help with this matter . The price has no relation to the Service. I payed 1.000 Us $ for two nigths and didnt call me Back when I request help to change the reservation. In the receptiion O either got any help.

The price. But I knew that going in. Difficult to get a good gin martini. But that's not unique to this hotel we found.

Rooms are superb. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and well equipped.
