There is some construction happening in the area as a new road has been approved. While there was a little noise during the day, it wasn’t a big problem, and the peaceful atmosphere of the homestay made up for it. Once the road is complete, it will be even easier to reach the property, which is great for future visitors.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away, which made a big difference. The house was very clean, neat, and cozy, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the decorations made it feel warm and homely. The hosts were also very helpful, giving me great tips on places to visit, eat, and shop nearby. The location was calm and beautiful, and it felt nice to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this homestay and would love to return once the new road is finished!

T Stays has truly been one of our best experiences so far! A special thanks to Janaki Ram for organizing everything so smoothly. He patiently explained every detail and supported us throughout our stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Initially, we had some doubts after seeing the pictures online, thinking the rooms might be different. But to our pleasant surprise, the rooms were extremely clean and hygienic. Kudos to Thoran for maintaining the property so well! The stay cost us around ₹4,000 for one night, and I stayed here with my best buddies Vamsi and Narasimha, along with our families, during our visit to Tirumala. What made it even more special was the prime location – right where Taj Tirupati is situated. Super accessible and convenient! The stay was awesome, and we’ll definitely stay here again. I’ll happily recommend it to my family and friends who are planning a trip to Tirupati or Tirumala. If you’re visiting Tirupati in your own vehicle, this is the perfect place to stay – no second thoughts! One small suggestion: It would be great if the power supply to the room could be cut off automatically when guests step out. I accidentally left the AC running, and it stayed on until we returned. Implementing this would help save electricity and reduce unnecessary power costs. Thank you, T Stays! If you continue offering such comfort at these prices, you’re going to rock the hospitality business!

The property was well maintained and very clean and very good for families and group travellers , Host Thoran received us very well and gave us the details about darshan and also arranged his car at night 2 a m for tickets !!! The best host ever we had experienced

We recently stayed at this homestay for two nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we booked, Sharath was incredibly helpful, providing detailed directions (as the exact location was not yet updated on Google Maps) and valuable information about temple darshan. We chose a spacious 3BHK unit within a five-story apartment complex, all managed by the homestay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with essential amenities: a TV with OTT services, Wi-Fi, fridge, geysers, and AC in every bedroom. It also included a stove with utensils, although adding a washing machine, iron, some basic toiletries and clothes hangers would make it even better. The bed linens, towels, and bathrooms were clean, and all promised amenities were available. Parking is ample, accommodating around 4-5 vehicles, and the premises are secured with CCTV monitoring. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would definitely return for our next visit. Highly recommended....

Location is hard to find and long from the center. Wifi is not working.

The amenities and cleanliness of the rooms is that stands out. And having a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer makes it convenient for families to prepare meals during their stay. The staff is helpful. Value for money.
