Everything was great except that they helped us to schedule a taxi for the day that would leave us a the airport at the end of the day, the hotel gave us a flat rate for 80km and we paid directly to the hotel. The taxi driver was not helpful, he took us to some places that we didn’t ask for, it was noticiable that he was trying to drive more km so we had to pay more. Once we were arriving to airport the driver stoped in the middle of the driveway to ask for more money, it was a very stressful moment because he would not agree to finish the ride. At the end we had to pay more money as he wanted just because we only wanted to get out of that taxi.

The hotel is well located, close to the beach with an amazing view. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, they had a variety of options and the staff was very helpful at all times.

Didnt like being constantly contacted via whatsapp to check whether the booking was confirmed, when we were arriving, what time, when we were going to pay for the room etc etc etc. It got quite irritating.

The property had issues with card machine and insisted we pay by Indian payment method or Indian card. Took a while to resolve.

It was clean, fairly secluded if needed peace and quiet. The staff were helpful and professional.

Nothing everything is good

Location is good beach is near,one tourist point named Donna Paula is also walkable from this location. Staff is really nice and helpful and friendly And food is absolutely good we had breakfast & dinner all 4 days it was really tasty and lip smacking. Especially guy who was with us during breakfast and dinner serving us was really nice and well behave with always smile. We requested them to give us nearby rooms as we were travelling with infant staff helped us in requests in the spot as well.

Despite close proximity to the beach we couldn’t go there due to multiple warning boards that only Dona Paula residents are allowed there, especially after 7.30pm. The bed was very hard, not pliable at all. Way too many warning messages inside the room about what to do and what not to do especially in relation to the linen. Balcony in our room was facing the diesel generator and area for garbage bags, so it wasn’t usable (a heads up about this could have been provided). The breakfast was very mediocre, this might be a one off incident since in general reviews mentioned that breakfast was nice - good spread, but not tasty. In fact we went out for breakfast on the second day despite breakfast being complimentary. Management has to consider refurbishing the washroom. Overall it was not value for money especially when we learnt at the time of check out that direct bookings were a lot lesser priced.

Location is nice - close proximity to Hawaii beach and the Dona Paula view point is at a walkable distance. Room was spacious with a. King size bed and clean. Good hospitality, friendly staff. They helped me rent out a scooter too. Ground floor rooms get an additional hallway and ease of getting in and out is appreciated. Ample vehicle parking space available.

The service was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant is good and the range and quality of dishes better than many restaurants. The location is just right, near town and yet away from the bustle of it. The front desk is very efficient in providing travel and tour services.

Paid through the hotel to go see the waterfall. Arrived and discovered we needed to have (in addition to their charges) paid for jeep tickets but they were sold out. Waste of time and money with no offer of recompense or rebooking which seemed appropriate. Disappointed. Recommend to book via a website
