AustraliaThe staff were extremely helpful and friendly Deepak the Manager was very good at assisting us with daily knowledge and arranging transport his complication skills were great The food was great and could not fault the staff The actual Manager even arranged a complimentary taxi to drive us to our new hotel I would definately recommend this hotel although your Site told us we had a booking for a two room apartment which they do not have they went out of their way to make our stay very very enjoyable 😊

United Arab EmiratesWifi is bad. Connection to apple or office devices keeps disconnected or does not connect due to poor wifi management. Room service was horrible, that we had to remind them of the order. They kept forgetting the order causing delay. Booed hotel taxi a day before, for site seeing. Again request was ignored, and only organized after I checked with them the next morning. Hidden charges applicable which was not explained earlier.

Breakfast was very limited. However the manager of the restaurant Arun (i believe) was the most helpful! He was able to respond to my requests like some veggies to complement the breakfast. He was very attentive at what is it we needed. The Girls at the reception were also quite helpful! each time we wanted to go to a place, they would help us by searching on their side, explaining the metro app to us.
