Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Food is the only thing that was not great this time
As always, we enjoyed our stay. Sachin was really helpful and made our experience pleasant. Although we faced a small issue with the driver on the first day, it was resolved smoothly by the second day. On our previous visit, we truly enjoyed the food at the hotel, but this time it didn’t meet our expectations. We hope you can look into this and improve the quality going forward.

It was a bit expensive, hot water available till 12 pm only.

Size of rooms are little small.In hotel rooms need to change little interior as per room rates.Need to maintain all a/c properly and remote too..Need to repair window of A/c so air flow will move and not comes on one place only.i went in 4 rooms, everywhere airflow window was not proper or broken or not working. After entering to room need feel of a/c room if we see interior.Rooms looks like common rooms where wall colour was came out due to moisture...need to maintain that using tiles.
Hotel location is v.good 3-5 minutes walking from saibaba temple gate for sr.citizens.Main area, where we can get anything upto night 11-12:00 also.v.safe area.For food dont worry...many hotels are near by.....for south indian to pujabi,chinese food,ice creams..etc.njoy night market also...from 10 to 12.Even hot masala milk is also available near by hotel.Hotel is having own restaurant also...if we want to eat...break fast,lunch...etc.I booked online...and very much satisfied with location,co-operation of staff,cleanliness. Must book....good for family.safe and good place.....

While check-in itself we got all information from Sachin about Shirdi Temple. How to get pass and whom should get free entry all this information he explained very nicely. For food and tea hotel restaurant is very nice. Instead of going outside better to have tasty food and tea in hotel restaurant. Rooms are hygienic and location is just 300m from temple.

Mr. Sachin at the reception desk was very helpful. All the supporting staff were courteous and eager to give the best possible service Very nice experience 👌 Also, the restaurant served good delicious food with personal attention. They took care of us nicely . Highly recommend place in Shirdi.

While the hotel is old, the staff are the most friendly set. Shirdi, being a temple town, most visitors check into this hotel due to its proximity to the temple. The staff also guides the necessary steps needed to make the temple visit a comfortable and divine experience. All in all, it is a good place to stay and I would highly recommend this hotel if the reason for the trip is to visit the Shri Sai Baba temple.

The place was neat and clean. The stay is near by to the temple at walkable distance to temple and multiple hotels, medical stores and shopping places. It was convenient for us to go to wherever we want and to explore.

I hope the hot water service is 24/7
We arrived in the morning around 4:30 however they still went ahead and gave us the accommodation for us to freshen up till the check-in time without charging us extra. We have small kids in the family. We really felt great with an exceptional service and mouth watering food. They gave us hot water within minutes when we wanted like outside the hot water timings. They were so helpful with everything and guided us with the darshan procedures and all. It was an Amazing and a smooth experience.. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay with them
