The only thing I can think of is that the room didn’t have any space to unpack a few things. Maybe a long bench or suitcase stand? Also, no space to put toiletries in the bathroom but these are small things compared to the room overall.

The bathroom door is made of matte glass, and doesn't close completely all the way - no problem for us, but it might be uncomfortable for others. No chromecast on the tv - but everything else worked.

Nice place close to the inner city. The room was well equipped and the kitchen was super functional. Very cozy and comfortable beds. The staff answers quickly via the booking app. We enjoyed our stay. The bakery downstairs has very good bread and pesto :)

The room was way too hot. Even with the windows open all day, the room was always above 75 F. Also, the room we got was significantly smaller and with a different layout than the room pictures of what we reserved.

The main door digital lock was not working for an unknown reason, and I had to contact the reception via WhatsApp because the intercom at the main door kept disconnecting automatically. It take us 1 hour more almost delay our trip when things all lock in the room.

House keeping lady is very kind. Things are clean. But the restroom don’t have a window and the restroom’s little fan works not that well.

One area for improvement would be the curtains. During the summer months, it gets bright early, and the current curtains don’t fully block out the light. Blackout curtains would make a big difference in comfort.

The room looked new, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything I needed for simple meals during my stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center and a variety of eateries, making it convenient for both sightseeing and dining. The staff were responsive and helpful, quickly answering the questions I had.

Only one issue - There was a heatwave during our stay in May. Our room had little ventilation and sunshine on the glass long into the evening. and was very warm during the afternoon and evening. OF course this would not usually be a problem! Maybe global warming may change this?

The electronic charge spots are kind of weird. Must have a long cable otherwise have to put divice near the cook top and sink.The bottle for dish soap is nearly unusable.

In a quiet and convenient location. Pick up point #9 and two supermarkets are not far away. The self check-in system is good. Met house keeping staff many times and they are all very friendly. Mint candies are very delicious. The shower is awesome, strong shower as great as the Goðafoss. :)

This was our second time staying at the Oddsson and this time we got a better room. It was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay.

It would help if you could invest in better blinds for the windows. Sleeping during midnight sun is always challenging, and the blinds let a lot of light through.

Small room , my bigger luggage couldn’t be handled. No dark curtains, hard to sleep with the midnight sun. Even though I loved the lighting concept and design , that’s too much light for a very small room. It’s a pity because we kept those lights turned off most of the time .
