functional but charmless decor for both our room and and the building. super small room with nowhere to put suitcases or clothes. very expensive for what it was - even given Iceland and summertime. It was the 2nd most expensive stay on our trip, but one of the most basic.

very comfortable bed and tempur-pedic pillows, kitchen had a french press and a full size fridge which we really appreciated, great central location in-between a wine store and a gas station/cafe in super cute town.

The leaking shower.

Great location and we liked the apartment and the twin room. The apartment gave us a good amount of room for 4 of us and had all the facilities. The shower was a problem in that it leaked, and although it couldn’t be fixed while we were there, we sent an email and within 10 mins someone came to try and fix it. Very good service. Thank you

No nature view, adjacent to gas station, with its unpleasant sights, smells and garbage. Small windows which open to said gas station. All this in a charming beautiful town - which is not seen at all from property.

This is a personal opinion only - didn’t pre purchase milk as details said there were tea/coffee making facilities. There was plenty tea/coffee however no sugar nor milk. All shops shut. Staff responded quickly to messages however went without usual refreshments due to this - so if you book and would like tea/coffee take your own milk & sugar. Staff were very responsive. No other problem/dislikes

Driving on Highway 93, crossing the snowy mountains shrouded in fog can be a bit daunting for city motorists. A few minutes of motorcycle rock music in the early morning made the journey more thrilling and fun. If there's any dissatisfaction, it would be that the pricing is slightly high without considering its unique location.

A quaint inn perfect for resting one's feet, where unlocking a small wooden box with a code to retrieve the key is quite an amusing process. The entrance offers parking, refueling, and charging facilities, along with a rather nice restaurant serving generous breakfasts and hot beverages, making it truly comfortable.

Two things you might consider: 1) In the hallway you use either a sharply smelling detergent or some "air freshener" that really smells awful. 2) In the booking confirmation it says checkout latest 11:30, on a note at the entrance it says 11:00. Not consistent. This is minor stuff, though. Nothing that would keep me fro coming back!

Everything (except two minor things described below) was very good! So close to the ferry and the restaurant "Filling station". Thanks for the stay! Happy to return!

The kitchen could have better conditions, it had a lot of smells and it could be cleaner. The kitchen smells also filled completely the hall.

It's actually hard to find the guesthouse. Maps get you close, but there is no obvious signage. It's right next to the bright pink food coop.

Well located right in Seyðisfjörður. Our unit (white door to the left of the main entrance, no number) had a fully-stocked kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. We cooked both dinner and breakfast. Quiet when we were there (October)

This is right on the road. Not much road noise but there are a lot of lights around which sneak around the heavy curtains. I woke up at 2am and thought it was mid morning bc it was so bright outside.
