Probably it is an icelandic/nordic thing but I found the lighting in the room a bit low. Interior is black too and with days being short during the winter time, it is mysterious :) not complaining though but providing info to the other travellers. Really nothing to complain about this hotel...

The hotel is close to bus stop 9, a popular pick-up/drop-off location. Also, close to many restaurants, pubs, supermarket. The rooms were super quiet and beds were comfortable. The rooms were warm enough even with heaters off and window open. Variety of breakfast was good too. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great hotel - location was excellent, not even a minute walk from the bus stop (drop off location). Staff was very nice, hotel looks great and modern inside, room was exactly as advertised on photos, overall really great modern place to stay in. Breakfast was good too, one morning they brought out waffle maker so that was excellent!

Everything was SO dark. Even having all of the lights on which are lamps its a very low lit place and everything is painted black, even the restaurant/bar is dark its a nice vibe but never felt like i woke up! Also the parking is a bit of a hassle, cant really tell how to get to it and you have to go in and check in before getting access to the parking garage, but you can get to it in the lift in the hotel so all good.

breakfast was good and a good variety nice and fresh, check in was easy as they send an email for information and we had done it prior to arriving at the hotel. facilities and room were clean.

Great location, very friendly stuff and very good breakfast. Arrived around 8 in the morning and could get my room early with a small fee. Very nice experience overall. I will recommed a stay here. I will stay here again during my next trip.

Excellent stay at this modern and clean hotel minutes away from everything central in Reykjavik. The room was a nice size and comfortable. Staff were great and allowed us to leave our car for a few hours after checkout.

Very good hotel located in an area very close to the main tourist sites of the city, with restaurants, shops, Hallgrímskirkja is a few blocks away.... The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very complete; Something very positive is that the hotel has parking in the basement

Right decision to choose this hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They have carpark that we can leave the car even already check out. The room was so clean and no dust at all. Breakfast was great. Location is in walking distance to Reykjavik landmarks.

Perfect location for bars and restaurants and also just round the corner from bus stop 9, which was perfect for pick up and drop off when taking tours. Staff were lovely and also very helpful when organising transport back to airport. Good selection for breakfast and very clean hotel rooms.
