    “Wonderful location. Quiet. Intimate. The rooms are lovely, especially with the hand painted flower decoration. We had a great view from our room, too. The welcome was very warm and personal, as were all staff contacts. We had a very nice meal in the cosy restaurant. We also loved the house cat and of course the unique swallows nesting in the stairway to the upper rooms. We loved the decoration of the living room and breakfast space. The attention to detail in the breakfast buffet was exceptional.”

    “The couple were the most hospitable people we met in our cycling trip in Tuscany. We hey were very accommodating. We reached very late and they prepared an amazing pane zuppa for us which was a blessing after a full day of cycling. They also sat with us and shared stories and talked to us. There was also wine and water included. The husband also came to look for us because we were late and there was a storm approaching. They also prepared the pool for us. There was jam for breakfast too.”

    “Nice rooms, cleaned every day. The breakfast was good, not extremely varied, but good for a short stay. The location is a little far from everything, so you definetelly need a car. The dinner restaurant was good and the staff was lovely. A little bit pricey though. Overall, good for a nice, relaxing short stay.”

    “Absolutely everything was perfect! Katia and Fabri are soooo kind and funny. They made me feel welcome and at home from the moment I arrived. My room and the whole place were renovated and decorated with love, and they paid so much attention to the small details that made the whole place so comfortable. My room was spacious and super clean with a very!!! comfy bed. The breakfast was incredible. Katia makes/bakes different local treats every day, and almost everything on the buffet is homemade. I enjoyed having breakfast outside with an amazing view. The view is even better from the pool :) Pls ask Katia for her favorite sunset spot and go there. It's so worth it! I also recommend having dinner there on the long table with everyone. The food was as delicious as at breakfast, and talking to Katia and Fabri was so much fun and super interesting.”
