There was an unpleasant smell on the front door although this was only the main entrence and didn't affect the room. It was noisy and there were no hairdryer in the bathroom.

We were in room 1. There was a separate bathroom for us. I liked the location and the price/quantity ratio. The host was really nice although we didn't meet in person.

Very noisy, maybe because we were staying on Friday and Saturday night and there are bars and restaurants nearby, but we couldn’t even sleep till very late at night.

The location was very good, train station and the main attractions are maximum 15-20 minutes by foot.

There were only a few knives and forks in the kitchen.

The room and facilities are quite simple. We enjoyed cooking our own meals instead of spending a lot of money at restaurants. I think it's the best place for mature travelers.

- The A/C in the room isn't efficient enough in August temperatures. It was checked by the owner and they said it works properly. So it just isn't efficient enough, it was almost too hot to sleep in. - Checking in was a hassle, we had to call to the owner, because there was no-one to meet us (though this was agreed beforehand). We were told to get the keys from the nearby bar. This could have been communicated earlier, as we were in contact anyway.

The elevator didn’t go to the floor on which the property was located. Carrying luggage up the stairs wasn’t a great experience.

Rubbish trucks late at night and early morning. Very stuffy bathroom as no windows.

Location was excellent. Aircon was amazing in summer. Kitchen facilities were all we needed. Had our own bathroom and large room to spread out over a longer stay. Also loved the fluffy towels provided.

it was so loud at night, since you could hear everything from the streets. the staff was not really communicating with us at all, took us 20min to even get into the property because no one was there to give us a key. the bathroom made the weirdest sounds and it was always way too hot in there.

Can't complain. We paid very little money, so of course I wasn't expecting much. I'm glad we had a pleasent stay! If I have to be picky, the bathroom made weird noises from time to time.

Location was GREAT! 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and we didn't pay that much! It was one of the cheapest rooms we've ever stayed in in Italy and we had a satisfying experience. It was easy to find, easy to get the keys from the neighbouring bar and there were plenty of great caffes and places for breakfast. It's actually an apartment, with a shared living room and kitchen.

The elevator was not working, very loud noises all day & night long due to the streets being very busy. The staff weren't very communicative & informative.

Fairly cheap accommodation in the heart of Florence (7min walk to St Maria Novella Firenze Plaza), and there was a bus stop right in front of the building. Room was spacious and clean.

We had issues with a lot of noice from the street. Busses, cars and bars woke us up at night and early in the morning and was quite disturbing for our sleep. We closed our windows as good as possible but it barely helped.

The apartment was very clean and a good location - a little outside the busy touristic centre however very close in walking distance.

The building is really smelly and the rooms have no sound proofing therefore it is very noisy from the street sounds. It's really close to outside bins and we struggle to sleep past 5 am because of the rubbish truck collecting the rubbish.

The lack of communication from the host, the multiple sets of keys to get into every door, the air conditioning was not cool enough, the whole house gave me sketchy vibes.

Not much in all honesty. But it was dirt cheap, super close to the Accademia and it had nice restaurants close by and a bus stop close by. Also we walked there from the train station which was only a 20 min walk with bags. Not too bad if it’s not hot but wouldn’t do it again lol.
