The location for this room was amazing, view from the balcony could not have been better!! There were a lot of steps to climb but so worth the view! Paola was an excellent host. He met us in advance and helped carry our luggage which was so kind. Room was roomy, clean and nicely renovated. Our daughter had a medical issue and he was quick to provide us assistance which was so appreciated! Vernazza was lovely, one of our favorites after visiting all five villages. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Amazing view from the balcony! Beds were comfy for us, the room was clean and nicely decorated. Good water pressure in the shower. Also good communication from our host! We would recommend staying here in beautiful Vernazza and would love to return again in the future!

There was no room service and the owner gave us less than 2 rolls of toilet papers for 2 people for three night stay!?! At the end we don't have any to use. Also, the note in the room said that they give us 2 coffee pods a day. We stayed for 3 days but we saw only 3 pods, not 6!

The location is very nice, but be aware that it takes 110 steps from the street level to the room. The view is amazing though.

Beautiful place to stay. The host met us at arrival with lots of information. Super clean, fast internet and great bathroom set up as well. The place is in the top location and we had a great experience.

We communicated to the host exactly when we would arrive...we did not hear from him. Finally called and got a relative, who came with the key, but it was 45 minutes or more past the check-in time. Not happy with the communication.

We loved the location, so close to the water. Quite a few stairs but we loved all the narrow, charming stairways to get up to our room. The room was immaculate. It was spacious and perfect! The host was available if we had questions. Can’t wait to stay again!

I loved everything!

The view was fantastic and worth the steps! Love the maze of apartments and shops. There was a great little bar overlooking the sea just a few steps from our apartment entrance.

We loved everything. I can only suggest the addition of reusable wine glasses and coffee cups. Beach towels would be great too.

We loved our stay here! The owner, Paolo, was very friendly and kind. He came up to find us when we were lost and helped carry luggage. The location was excellent, just a short walk (up and down many stairs!) to the piazza and harbour. The room was a lovely retreat; very spacious with comfortable beds, AC, fridge, nespresso machine and a large bathroom with good shower. Of course the best part was the balcony with stunning views! Vernazza is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to… it’s like stepping into a postcard! We spent mornings hiking to Monterosso and Corniglia and afternoons lounging and swimming at Vernazza harbour. A little slice of heaven!

We had such an amazing stay in Vernazza. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and with a fantastic view. Bed was very comfortable and slept very well. Steep stairs leading to the property and have to be prepared for it.

View was fabulous and the room is spacious. There is also a balcony which was very nice. The hosts were amazing to help out with the luggage. I wouldn’t have been able to carry luggage on my own.

The stairs! Joking aside, I have one comment for future guests. We did not realize that we were looking for apartment style rooms rather than a hotel and spent time carrying our luggage up and down stairs through the tiny streets - GPS wasn't working too well for us. I would recommend that you plan to meet Paolo at his gelato shop (Gelateria Il Porticciolo) - he'll walk you up to the rooms.

I cannot say enough about this place or it's owner, Paolo. The views from the room were stunning and we loved the little balcony overlooking the town square and marina. We knew that getting to our rooms would be a workout, but it was well worth the effort. (There are about 100 stone steps to the rooms which start from the street, wind their way up to the top of the town and can be steep at times.) The rooms are really nice - comfy beds with air conditioning - and the bathroom is a good size. It's a really great place to stay and I would absolutely recommend it.

Vernazza probably has more tourists than it needs on the weekends when we were there

Our host was a lovely man and helped us with our bags up the stairs and we also checked in early which was great. The room was nice and the location great however the drains were blocked so the bathroom smelled and therefore seemed a bit dirty. Vernazza is very beautiful but there are v few hotels just rooms for rent as far as we could find. It is very very busy, if I went back to cinque terre I would just visit rather than stay there. We were however there over a weekend and did a great boat trip one afternoon.

There are a lot of stairs to the property but with the stairs your get an amazing view from the balcony.

The property was clean and well appointed. We loved our little balcony that overlooked the harbour. The vista was stunning.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice sea view. The host met us at his gelato shop and carried our suitcases up all the stairs. Yes, there are quite a few steps up to the accommodation, but after hiking over the hills around the Cinque Terre villages, the stairs to the room didn't seem so tough.
