Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Great location, only 5 minutes from the airport. We were really impressed with the accommodation. We first stayed in a tent and later in a room – cleanliness was at a very high level in both. The service was fantastic, and Bianca was amazing, helping us with everything we needed. Breakfast was fine, and the whole property is truly charming. The only thing missing is a swimming pool 😄. Parking is unlimited, and the whole family enjoy

Excellent oasis near the airport. I was just transiting but I got an unexpected mini vacation on this lush property. I had an apartment which was massive with a lovely sit out in the front. Very comfortable beds and temperature control. Highly recommended.

Beeping sound that did not let me sleep. I think though that the sound was coming from outside of the property and probably was an irregularity.
I stayed there two nights. The first time in the main building, where the room was absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast is sublime. And the property is super if you are with children. There is a little pond with goldfish, nearby there are goats, and rabbits. For a night before or after your flight, this is a great option. On the way back, I slept again one night there with my family in a bungalow. This was much less nice, particularly because something was beeping the whole night.

In the breakfast there was no olive which I like. The choices were sweet heavy. The price is much better if you book late.
The location was very good to visit Venice. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and it takes 20 minutes to go Venice.

Beautiful! Upon entry into the grounds it was impressive. The layout and lush greenery everywhere is so inviting. Standard rooms were very clean and comfortable which we stayed in the first night. The next day we stayed in the Bungalow. Highly recommend staying there. So, so comfortable and very relaxing staying in a mini house. This will be our go to when flying out of Venice. Also an amazing breakfast buffet!

My friend and I had to pass through Venice for two nights on the bookends of our trip hiking the Alta Via 1 in the Dolomites. Both nights we stayed here and absolutely loved our stay. Staff was so friendly and accommodating - they even organized a lovely spread of breakfast to-go for us the morning of our flight home since we’d be missing breakfast. The breakfast they have onsite is fabulous as well with beautiful dining area. We stayed in a standard room and in a bungalow and both were exceptional - roomy and comfortable with all the amenities. We also loved how convenient the bus was right around the corner from here - an easy 5 min ride to the airport, and 20 min to the heart of Venice, all while feeling like you’re in a lil green paradise! Shout out to Bianca at the front desk who was so sweet and made us laugh both times we visited. Would recommend this to anyone for an overnight stay who needs to be close to the airport, and conveniently close to Venice!

Very comfortable stay if you’re looking to sleep outside Venezia. 5 mins from the airport by taxi, amd an easy bus ride away from the city, although you can also take a taxi there. The place is super clean and the surrounding are green , breakfast is very nice

The grounds are beautiful . If I had known I would have wanted to stay a day longer and plein air watercolor there. My kids liked visiting the farm animals too.

Although my tent and the bathroom were both excellent I would have appreciated not having to walk to the toilet in the middle of the night. I might not have made that clear in my booking.

In breakfast you need to tell the lady behind the desk what you want to eat and she gives it to you. It was nice to take by my self the food…
It was great! The place beautiful and green, just a few minutes from the airport . There is animals at the farm - the kids loved it. The bongalow was clean and well organised.

A few mosquitos
The breakfast was good. Coffee very nice. The location was convenient for the airport and we even walked to dinner. Maybe the only negative was that there are mosquitoes around, but they give you an electronic deterrent for your room.
