Wonderful staff , very clean and not far from town/airport

Rooms are very clean and spacious but need some extra storage for clothes. We struggled to organise the clothes of all the family for 3 nights.

Smooth check in and check out. Excellent breakfast options as well. All staff are very welcoming and offer a service with a smile. Beds were very comfortable. Mini bar inside rooms is always full and offered complementary. Highly recommended!

Great for airport however bit far out for Catania - need a car to effectively get around. Walk to waterfront for bars / restaurants about 30mins.

Lovely stay would recommend, especially for staying before / after the airport. Nice room. Great pool area and loungers. Restaurant for lunch or light tea with great selection and carers for gluten / dairy intolerance. Great breakfast - lots of hot and cold options.

Staff are very helpfull and welcoming ,full choice of breakfast items ,just once we were disappointing ,as we entered at 9.30 pm and asked for food and its understanding that kitchen was closed but then to other 3 persons the girl told him let me ask the kitchen ,so we felt really angry ... Otherwise from that everything was perfect and will be back for sure

Pool is smaller than looks in photos and easily filled with people. Location was ok if you don't mind a walk into the centre or to get a taxi. taxi quoted at 30 / 40 euros one way into the centre

The pool looks larger on the photos than it is in reality however, it was refreshing and there were enough sunbeds. I was aware that this hotel was in a quieter area without any restaurants nearby, but you can walk to Ognina (25mins) or to Catania (45mins) or take an Uber.

The Breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of options. The room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The standard of the hotel is very good.

Shower can be a bit cleaner.

The place is amazing, although you need a car, it is in the heart of catania. The breakfast is exceptional, pool area is very clean, lift working swiftly. Cot for baby was well kept.

This is a great business hotel but not so much for a family holiday unless you have a car and only use it as a base, which is what we did. It is NOT conveniently located to the seaside despite what the literature says. The nearest promenade is +-1.5 - 2 km away, and the walk would definitely not be put in the idyllic or scenic category. The housekeepers are not consistent. Although they made our beds every day, emptying the bins and replenishing the complementaries was a bit hit and miss. Some of the marketing material in the brochure (like the picture of the pool), proximity to the sea side, and even the picture of the sandy beach should be taken with a pinch of salt. The nearest beaches are all rocky and mostly beach clubs you have to pay extra for.

Lovely clean hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant and relaxing pool area and outside patios to have meals or just chill out. It should be noted that the picture of the pool in the brochure was definitely taken using a wide angle lense to make it look bigger than jt really is. BUT it is a nice pool and a welcome sight after a hot day exploring. Breakfast was ample and fresh, and the lunch/dinner menu was limited but adequate, depending on your dietary expectations. My wife is a vegan, and the staff were more than happy to adjust the salads to suit her requirements. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with aircon in every room (we were a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms)

Its location. Either taxi or 20 plus minute bus journey (unreliable service) to get to the centre. No restaurants or bars nearby.

The location is really poor. It’s essential to have a car because there is literally nothing within walking distance worth going to. It’s a good 15 minute drive into central Catania.

maybe the shower could have been a bit larger? there is ample space in the bathroom for a more comfortable , spacious shower.

The hotel is very well kept and maintained. The rooms are large and airy and although we had the room overlooking the pool it was quite and peaceful. The mini bar is complementary as are the toiletries. I like the fact that the room was larger than usual as was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and varied. All the food was fresh.

Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast and other meals were presented by friendly staff and were prepared to a very high standard with an excellent choice available. Our room was very large and comfortable and was cleaned daily to an extremely high standard. We would highly recommend this hotel.
