To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Polandsuper small room without that much of furniture, bathroom is separated with a partition wall only, so if you are not traveling alone your nose and ear might suffer! They charge additionally 4 Eur/night for taxes which I’m not sure if is not more than the normal range.
good location, close to the university campus, not a crowded area at the same time. for the value of money, it was a mediocre hotel (but maybe that’s the way it is in Rome). The bed was not super comfortable (too thin) but the sheets and towels were clean. the staff were nice.

United KingdomThe bathroom facilities were pretty poor. For £70 I don't expect luxury, but I expect cleanliness. There was black mould all over the shower, rust and flaking paint on the towel rail, and chips knocked off the bathroom cabinet. The sink was loose from the wall and hanging at an angle.

United KingdomLocation is a little away from the main city but at this price level not an issue. Close enough to the metro take this pretty easy and staff were very helpful in working out where to go.
Clean and comfortable room with excellent air con. The staff were super helpful and very informative. Early check-in was allowed on my return visit which made my day!
