Fantastic place. On top of a hill over Lacco Ameno the hotel offers excellent views from the pools and from the restaurants. But what made our stay a dream is the personnel at the hotel. They are not just kind and respectful. Any person of the staff looks as if he is in vacation with you. They love their place and this made our stay so special we hardly found anything like this in our previous trips. And this is a confirmation as this was our second stay at San Montano. And for sure this will not be the last. A top place to stay.

It was tough at times to find which location on site had food and when - you just need to schedule your meals accordingly and pay attention to those hours.

Everything was outstanding. The staff, food, views, bed, room, service, complimentary toiletries - it was perfection!!! When checking in we were greeted with handmade lemon juice from the resort! We were so incredibly happy with our stay. The staff even upgraded our room for free because it was our honeymoon!! On site they have lemon & lime trees, SO many pools, a natural cave sauna, a great spa, and various restaurants. Just an absolutely impeccable time!

The staff was so sweet and attentive and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite when we arrived — that kind of thing never happens! Was really special. The restaurants and food were fabulous and offered a large selection of options. The many various swimming and hot spring pools were lovely. There were stunning views of the island and ocean from every side of the resort, which sits atop a mountain. Just an amazing stay and we will definitely go back in the future!

There was not one thing that I didn't like. Everything was PERFECT!!!!

From the minute we entered the resort, the staff was amazing. They welcomed us with the most delicious lemonade made from their lemon trees. The rooms were clean spacious and well maintained. There was a great restaurant for pizza and casual lunches during the day. The dinner at La Veranda was also delicious. The breakfast that was included was delicious and the overall restaurant service was impeccable. The hotel offers an on-demand shuttle to town. The town is adorable. There were so many cute shops and restaurant options there. The resort has the most amazing views of the bay. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The resort has multiple pools and a spa. We never had trouble getting a beautiful lounge by the pool. The spa was amazing. Guests can use the steam room, sauna, cold plunge pool, jacuzzi at no extra charge. A few people in our party got massages which were reasonably priced and amazing. There is beach access, but we enjoyed the pools so much that we never went to the beach. My son got engaged while we were there. The resort arranged for a photographer and a romantic dinner, and it all went perfectly. I can't say enough great things about San Montano Resort and Spa. I will definitely be going back here soon. It was one of the best hotels I've been to.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location of this hotel is incredible with it's magnificent views. We especially loved the facilities and all of the thermal pools. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We looked forward to enjoying a cocktail and watching the sunset each evening at the Sunset Bar. The food in their restaurants was delicious. Special thanks to Emmanuel. He made our stay very memorable!

We forgot our passports in our room’s safe and was already in Naples port while the hotel stuff were AMAZING and sent us the passports with the next fairy ! Wouldn’t make it to our next destination without them.

One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever visited. Located in San Montano at the top of a hill with amazing views of both towns nearby one from each side. The staff couldn’t be more kind. Always helpful and pleasant. The beach and town are within a few minutes drive but there is a convenient shuttle service available. Was difficult to leave the place…
