We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgNo fridge in the room. No dressing or any cupboard to stash clothing (open hangers). Room was facing airport and during nights the lights from the airport landing strip were quite powerful. Limited veggie choices during breakfast.
Close to the T2 tram line, direct access to both airport (10min) and city center (20min). Room was quite spacious, soft beds.

PhilippinesThere should be a QUIET HOURS schedule - there was loud talking and partying from the next door rooms, likely college students on a study tour of Florence. Soundproofing isn't good since you can hear people's footsteps in the corridor from inside the room.
The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the tram station (line 2), which in turn is two stops away from the airport and the same line to the city center and bus/train terminal. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Joseph and Levy.

BelgiumThe hallway on the 8th floor wasn't the cleanest, it had a very large stain on the carpet. The breakfast also could've been a bit better, we didn't pay much but somehow I expected a tiny bit more. And lastly, and this is just me nitpicking, the elevator gave me the creeps sometimes, not an elevator I want to take when it is fully loaded.
Our room was on the 8th floor, so we had a great view of the surrounding area. The personnel was really friendly and we had access (via passcode) to a private parking lot to securely park our car, which was great because outside of the hotel there wasn't much spare room for tourists and their cars.

BelgiumThe aircon was leaking water, there was a lot of noise from the highway that goes to the airport nearby. You can hear all the noises from the hallway and the neighbours.
Amazing location close to the airport, very easy to get on to public transport. Comfy hotel with great beds, cleaned every day! Nice view onto the Tuscan hills. It was also very easy to use streaming services onto the TV, could easily watch Disney plus
