You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No fridge in the room. No dressing or any cupboard to stash clothing (open hangers). Room was facing airport and during nights the lights from the airport landing strip were quite powerful. Limited veggie choices during breakfast.
Close to the T2 tram line, direct access to both airport (10min) and city center (20min). Room was quite spacious, soft beds.

The shower was not working properly and the water on the sink was not draining as expected.
The cleaning was great, the staff very helpful the breakfast was delicious. The location is great very close to the public transport.

all the staff was REALLY friendly and kind ! the breakfast was tasteful and with variety. The location was nice, not in the middle of the city but still close by car or bus.

Clean and nice spacious rooms, very comfortable beds a very pleasant experience I had..Location was very well connected to all the major landmarks in the city.Very helpful and friendly staff especially Alessandro..would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning on visiting Florence!😀

Some more cushions would make the bed more comfortable. Bathroom is cold.
Staff is always available, helpful and proactive. Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from tram station. Room has everything that you need

The hotel seems quite old. The neighborhood is not very nice, usual residential area.
Amazing stuff, very helpful and nice. Parking on site with charging station. Tram stop is very conveniently located, it’s possible to get to the city center in 25 minutes

I honestly didn't liked the mattresses because it were too foamy and soft so it weren't that comfortable and our bathroom smelled like cigarette

The room was really hot even if the heat was off, so I had to leave the window open at night to be able to sleep.
Nice and clean room for a short stay in Firenze. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was located near the tram stop.

There should be a QUIET HOURS schedule - there was loud talking and partying from the next door rooms, likely college students on a study tour of Florence. Soundproofing isn't good since you can hear people's footsteps in the corridor from inside the room.
The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the tram station (line 2), which in turn is two stops away from the airport and the same line to the city center and bus/train terminal. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Joseph and Levy.

The hallway on the 8th floor wasn't the cleanest, it had a very large stain on the carpet. The breakfast also could've been a bit better, we didn't pay much but somehow I expected a tiny bit more. And lastly, and this is just me nitpicking, the elevator gave me the creeps sometimes, not an elevator I want to take when it is fully loaded.
Our room was on the 8th floor, so we had a great view of the surrounding area. The personnel was really friendly and we had access (via passcode) to a private parking lot to securely park our car, which was great because outside of the hotel there wasn't much spare room for tourists and their cars.

The aircon was leaking water, there was a lot of noise from the highway that goes to the airport nearby. You can hear all the noises from the hallway and the neighbours.
Amazing location close to the airport, very easy to get on to public transport. Comfy hotel with great beds, cleaned every day! Nice view onto the Tuscan hills. It was also very easy to use streaming services onto the TV, could easily watch Disney plus

Water was too expensive to buy, the rooms had zero soundproofing and the neighbours were extremely loud. The hotel needs maintenance, and it shows. AC was not working

The person who was in charge of breakfast was really rude and she was interrogating us to see we have paid for breakfast; while we did pay for our breakfast beforehand.
The receptionist was a great welcoming guy and we liked him.
