I don't love signs at breakfast telling guests not to remove food or they will be charged. This always strikes me as a bit passive aggressive.

Nice little hotel on the edge of Torbole, 5 minute walk to the Lake. Plenty of parking, rooms clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and a nice pool area and nice pool. Good breakfast, great coffee.

Very nice view from the balcony, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Next to the bike retal shop, bus stop and very close to the lake. Parking available in the front of the hotel.

Mosquitos in the room 😑

Very big, pretty and comfortable room. The hotel has a lot of parking spaces and a nice restaurant. You can walk to the Lake in 10-15 min.

Lots of mosquito in this area. May be some kind of 'control' in rooms. Bring killer spray for room and repellent for yourself. Check everywhere before sleeping.

Our room was quite spacious, clean and huge balcony. The dinner from the hotel was delicious and value for money. Spa was also value for money.

- Room / walls are thin and one can hear other guests in the hallway. - Bathroom lock didn't work properly and a hassle every time (of course, can easily be repaired before next guest) - Water kettle in room would be good or at least available when asked (had to take tea for 2 EUR instead) - Nice big parking space available in the back, but information not shared proactively with guests. We nearly had our car scratched by another guest who, while not having any parking spot then tried to get a bit too creative!

Nice location, excellent breakfast spread/menu, courteous & pleasant staff through out our stay. Pool and gym facilities were good, but would have been nice to have a small game room or so for children. Daily housekeeping was excellent, much appreciated when travelling with small kids.

Mosquito bites. I was careful using anti bite spray everyday, but on the last day we sat on the grass at the back of the hotel for lunch and I got eaten alive as I forgot to spray. . They are vicious so just be aware of your prone to getting bit.

Location was great. Everything was within a few minutes walk. Restaurant's, the lake and Handy supermarket. The views are amazing.

Central location, calm and beautiful pool area, parking and clean modern rooms, good breakfast. People have complained about the property being next to the main road into town, and, yes, it is, but that didn't bother us at all. We stayed on the side of the building, having the road to our left, and with windows closed you could barely hear it. I guess if you would have the room straight across from the road, and like to sit on your balcony during the hours with much traffic that could be a problem. The guy taking orders by the pool did an excellent job, big thanks to him!
