No ventilation along the corridors in the hotel. This gave a feeling of damp in the atmosphere.

The upgrade to our room . The scenery is spectacular. We enjoyed the wellness centre very much. The food both breakfast lunch and evening meal were exceptional.

The dinner service in the restaurant was terrible, but the food was actually really good which made it all the more unfortunate. Firstly some of the food, the mains in particular, were served slightly cold, and as it was a semi-set/small menu we suspect everything had been plated well before being served, which is tragic. The biggest complaint though was that the meal was served way too fast, which sounds backwards but such was the sheer speed, as soon as one course was cleared another arrived, barely a moment to chew. It was really unpleasant and it was like we were being rushed out from the moment we sat down, despite being seated at 8:30pm. We were asked to make our choices for everything across all the courses at the start and honestly the starters arrived before we even had water on the table, let alone the wine we ordered, in fact one of our three glasses didn't arrive until the second course, no joke, and despite numerous attempts we could not politely catch an eye or get the attention of the staff, they just ignored us and we didn't want to make some sort of rude gesture. There was also a bar near the dinning room where we got one drink after dinner, after the abrupt meal ending we still wanted to chat, but immediately it too felt like it was being closed up and we were being pushed out, again this was still probably only 10:30pm. One small complaint too was that the tv in the room (which was actually massive and new) wasn't working fully, it had standard channels but was having network issues so we couldn't use any of the smart apps or streaming services or cast to it, and naturally we didn't want to go making a fuss late a night so just left it.

The staff were really nice, room was very big and clean and the beds were really comfy. The facilities were nice too, there's a heated outdoor pool, and an indoor-outdoor hot tub, as well as an indoor pool and sauna. We played both tennis (on clay) and paddle (indoors) for which the hotel provided all the rackets and balls etc. (€5/pp for paddle, tennis free). Breakfast had a pretty good selection although not much in terms of hot food. We had late travel arrangements on our last day and although we weren't able to checkout late due to new guests arriving, the staff had absolutely no issues at all with us hanging around and using the facilities, like the pool, until the afternoon, which was really lovely.

Tennis courts could have been maintained a bit better ie watering the courts more regularly because by the afternoon it gets very dusty. The rental tennis rackets and tennis balls could do with an upgrade.

Fantastic stay - ideal location for hiking and nature plus sport with tennis and swimming. Rooms was clean and pleasant. Food was fantastic. I would definitely return.

One one small thing..the culinary side could have something small improvements the be as mind blowing then the rest of the hotel. Breakfast omlett chef could not understand english so she kept sending us away but then taking order of italien speaking custormers. The wine list was small and only classic no high end wines.

For the hole duration of our stay really noicy construction work on a new terasse was ongoing outsite our room. Even though they welcome pets, we could not have our small dog with us in the restaurant. So we went to restaurants in the village indtead where they did not have that problem. They charged a full days rent of an ebike that i rented for 2,5 hours.

The pool area was perfect, breakfast and afternoon snacks was really nice

- I wish they told me they had major building works being done at the time; it was very noisy. I was given a room right next to the construction site, with builders right over the balcony fence, which made it impossible to relax. However, they promptly changed my room when I asked how long the works would go for. The new room was much smaller and a bit shabbier than the original one. - there were ants in the room (the downside of it being very green). - the shower head needs descaling - some food was not great (too salty, not enough veggies, not much variety of seasonal fruit and veggies; it felt like in Italy, in summer, it could be much better and more varied).

- Location and the surroundings are amazing and well maintained, it’s super green. - The facilities (spa, pools, outside space) are great. - Food was alright overall and the effort around making it an entertaining experience was commendable. - Staff was very welcoming and lovely. - Tennis facilities were great. - (a plus for me but some might not like it) I had my birthday while staying there and was dreading any ‘compliments’/attention from the hotel — thankfully, they didn’t do anything.

Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was quite cumbersome. Although I was very much looking forward to this vacation, I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't wait to leave. Nobody explained anything about the different amenities or gave us a tour. We had to discover it all by ourselves - couldn't quite figure out the game room and never found the gym. Seems that few people speak English, so that was also a bit difficult. Breakfast was until 10.30, but seems the staff was a bit annoyed to see us there at 10, as that's when they started to have their own breakfast. There was a fresh omelette station, which was very nice. However, good luck getting one. Either the lady in charge of the omelettes wasn't there or she didn't understand what you asked her. I tried speaking Italian to her, but she wasn't very polite, kept pointing with her spatula. But when my husband spoke to her in English, that's when she was all smiling and polite. That was also the only time I managed to get a nice omelette. There is a lot of staff working for the hotel, but yet there is very little attention given to the guests. Nobody explained anything about the location, things to do, slopes (we went during skiing season) etc. We found out about the 5 o'clock snack by following the hotel on Instagram! My husband had an accident and had to walk with a crutch for the last days - nobody asked if we needed help or offered to help us find a doctor. But nobody even offered to help us carry the luggage, which is the minimum you can expect in a 4 star hotel. There was "do not disturb" sign to hang on our door, so had to explain to the cleaning staff every day that we don't need cleaning or that we are not leaving the room because my husband is ill. In conclusion, go if you are Italian or speak Italian very well. But get your homework done before and know what you want to do. Also, ask clearly what you want/need, don't expect much pro activity.

The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the mountains. The location has a lot of nice amenities - pools, saunas, steam room. Would like to specifically mention the cleaning staff, the bartender and 1 - 2 waiters that were very nice and positive with us. We arrived late in the evening, and someone from reception was nice to ask upfront if we wanted dinner, to make sure we get something before they closed the kitchen.
