The breakfast buffet was very equipt for a European style. Had everything you needed. They even are very happy to help with any dietary needs. The rooms were larger and comfy

The only thing I can complain about is that we arrived an hour before check-in, the staff didn't want to let us into the room a little earlier. I don't blame anything, I respect the rules of the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff is great, the rooms are nice, the bed is comfortable. The hotel is located near the train station and the center, you can walk around everything.

The lifts to right side of the hotel goes to the 1st floor first, then you need to walk and take another lift to get to the Ground flooe

The location ia perfect, just next to the Central station and Duomo is just 10 mins walk away. The room was very spacious and welcome note handwritten and addressed to my name was so kind.

There was no ice machine, one is forced to use the bar rather than being able to have a drink of your choice in the room. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom.

We didn't purchase the breakfast at 15 euros per person. That seems high but maybe not. I am gluten free and didn't think there were enough opinions for me to make it worth 15.

I loved that the hotel was right across the street from the train station. It was a little loud but we were so tired it didn't matter. I loved the long balcony and great view!

My room was adjacent to elevator. Quiet a bit of noise permeated into the room. If you're a light sleeper maybe specify not to be near elevators Other than that hotel brill

The area is very noisy. The room gets very hot and is hard to cool down. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms, which diminishes privacy. The room I had was difficult to access from the lift (very long and confusing hallways).

The bedroom was so hot and there didn’t seem to be any A/C - only a fan that didn’t get very cold. The walls are thin and you can hear everything next door.

We found the location was superb as we were using Pisa’s airport being next to the train station was ideal. As well as that we felt we were able to walk to all Florence’s major tourist attractions. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and the staff even provided us with bags to bring some food for lunch later on - which we thought was so thoughtful! The reception staff upgraded us to a bigger bedroom which was a fabulous surprise! We were able to see the Duomo from our bedroom… stunning! The complimentary welcome drink was a lovely surprise also! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is fine

Very close to the train station, Just by crossing a road, so that a lot of time is saved. But in the room it was never noisy (from trains). Staff is warm and welcoming, i got some fever the day i checked in, the staff arranged an early check in
