My husband can’t sleep with lights and this hotel is not perfectly sun light blocked and he struggled a little bit and woke up in the early morning with sunrise. But if you don’t have any problems with your sleep, it’s the perfect bedroom with lake view.

Waking up with the lake view is the best thing. This place is exactly central of Arona and you can find restaurants around the hotel easily and the night time is really quiet to have a good sleep with the sound of the lake. There’s everything you need for your stay in this hotel. Come here to drink coffee and read a book with the lake view. Highly recommend :) And we will be back soon!

Location is the best thing. We had a lake view apartment and the building is on the water front. The view from our balcony was wonderful. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We had a car and the parking pass which was provided was very convenient. Thank you for the nice stay.

I have very little to say when it comes to things we did not like. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been a washer / dryer. However, I was there for an extended period, so for shorter stays it doesn’t really matter.

The location and the property itself were excellent. Evita was amazing at responding quickly and helping with any questions we had during our stay. We actually had three separate apartments and they were all perfect. I highly recommend.

when booking the apartment, it was unclear which photos were from which apartment. The photos should be organized and named by apartment. The proximity of the restaurants caused a slight noise disturbance in the larger bedroom. The balcony is very narrow, so only 2 people can sit on it, and there is no room for a table.

The evaluation concerns the 4-person apartment 'la Dolce Vita' with a balcony and lake view. Apartment was very suitable for the vacation of four adults. The location on the promenade offered wonderful lake views and there were several restaurants and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was very clean and stylishly renovated. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen had the necessary equipment and appliances.

A few head bumps from the low beams in the upstairs bedroom! The spiral staircase case may be a concern for older (and younger) people.

A beautiful location right on the lakeside. Easily accessible and well managed. Very close to a range of restaurants, cafes and shops. A lovely walk along the promenade just around the corner.

The restaurants cause some noise in the evening. Also there is live music from both the restaurant and during july and august there is a stage right outside the window where they have entertainers every thursday. The music usually ends around 11pm to midnight. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep, so I wouldn't reccommend it to small children..

Nothing! They’d thought of everything, they even had adaptors as we took the wrong ones with us. My husband however felt that the sitting room could have done with a table or other light for a more chilled feel in the evening

The instructions were clear and concise. Paolo, our contact, was very helpful and accommodating. The location is the best in Arona (I grew up in the area so I know…) there are restaurants, bars and pizzerias on the square and the corso ( full of beautiful shops and many more bars and coffee shops) is just opposite. Also within meters, is a most beautiful promenade for a much needed walk after eating all that magnificent food!!! The view from the room is stunning, we had a lake view, but I would have been just as happy to have the square view, especially at this this time of year, with all the Christmas lights and the ice rink. My husband and son who’ve never been there in the winter thoroughly loved it and we’re already planning our next trip! Thank you Paolo for such a fantastic stay… PS it was very thoughtful of you to put bottles of water in the fridge and a lovely Prosecco on the table!

nothing , everything was great. The only problem sometimes is where to leave your luggage before the flight takes off.Some have luggage storage facilities which this one does not have but otherwise this was 10/10

The apartment was in a prime location and very beautiful. We have been to many apartments but this place really was one of our favourites. Very well equipped, fantastic location and very beautfiful. Easy to communicate with the management team, loved everything about it. Just a 10 minutes walk from the ferry port and right in the middle of the town. Absolutely wonderful apartment, we will be back at some stage!

In the information booklet staying what we needed to do on leaving the apartment, we saw that we would be slapped with a fine if we didn't take the bins out, which is absolutely understandable, but I would suggest that you give clearer instructions on where the bins actually go, as we had a bit of an ordeal finding where the outside bins were. We were directed by one of the cleaning staff to the carpark about 5 mins walk away, and found locked bins, so had to just leave them there and hope they got picked up. The terrace furniture could have been a little more comfortable but it wasn't a big issue as the views are so incredible. The shower was a little hit and miss and could do with being updated, controlling the temperature was very difficult, either extreme hot or cold. I wouldn't recommend 4 people in the apartment. To clarify these are all very small bits of constructive criticism and there really is no reason to not stay here, it was fantastic!

The apartment is in an incredible location right on the lake and on the main piazza, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment itself was airy and clean with plenty of room for 2 people. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. It was nice having a terrace especially with the views over the lake. Even though the piazza can get very busy late into the night we didn't find it too much trouble as they seemed to have decent double glazing to block out most of the noise. We were very glad to have Aircon as it was a heatwave of 37 degrees during our stay. It was lovely that the hosts left a bottle of prosecco on the table and lots of useful information. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we have recommended this apartment to many family and friends.

Stunning first floor apartment with balconies overlooking both the lake and castle to the rear, and the piazza to the front - the views are breathtaking! Immaculately clean, with every detail catered for including a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. You couldn't ask for a better location, right in the heart of Arona with a lovely bakery opposite, great restaurants and cocktail bar. Hosts friendly and communicative throughout - highly recommend.
