Excellent hotel near Ancient Rome, walking distance from Pantheon and Colosseum. Only four bus stops from Vatican City. Our room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Despite being located not far from all the tourist sites, it was quiet at night. Good breakfasts, with option to order.

We got a warm welcoming welcome at Chapter Roma, and was upgraded to a JR suite . The extra room was lovely. Great breakfast cooked to order, excellent location. The hotel is right next To resturant Campocori do not miss a chance to eat here !

The location is perfect (you are close to everything) and the rooms are beautiful. The we also appreciated the spacious bathroom and shower. Little touches like the Marshall speaker, in room bar, or the surprise Prosecco welcome drink make it feel extra special.

Absolutely nothing.

Our stay here at the Chapter Roma was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us information about the city when we first got there showing us on a map which we could keep, they were able to book taxis and the restaurant in the hotel for us with no problems, overall just couldn’t fault them at all. When we first arrived our room wasn’t ready as we were a few hours before check in, there was a place we could store our bags, and they let us know that our room was ready prior to the check in time and showed us personally to our room and had already put our bags in our room ready. The room was absolutely stunning, very clean, free bottled water and they came to our room with a complementary glass of Prosecco on our first night. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was more than big enough with 2 sofas, an area to get ready and 2 windows with small Juliet balcony’s. The rest of the hotel was also beautiful, the breakfast was great, a large selection of continental and options for hot food from the kitchen also, again with very friendly staff who were very attentive. The location is absolutely perfect!! It is so central takes 10 minutes max to get to pantheon and over the river to trastevere, we walked everyday didn’t need to get a single taxi or public transport. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would come back in a heart beat.

The manager is too "customer-oriented", excessively friendly. Just doing her job, but she's trying to catch all and everything. Solo rooms are very tiny, like student dorms.

The fact that the restaurant wasn't open when I was there. Travelling alone means you don't always want to go out. Luckily there was food at the bar - but limited.

I stayed here last year and re-booked. The only criticism is the downstairs cloakroom area which is shabby and the fixtures need replacing. Fabulous location and delightfully helpful staff.

The hotel was probably renovated some time ago, but it did not affect our enjoyable stay.

Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable bed, decent size bedroom and large bathroom. It is off the main road so quieter. The location was very good for walking to most of the sights, and across the river to explore the Trastevere area. Nice restaurants close-by.
