I guess this is cultural and true of most places in Italy, but couldn't use balcony at breakfast without being surrounded by cigarette smoke. Even inside, it came in as people sat right by the doors and smoked. Also, leave your key in the lock on the inside when you're in the room as the cleaning staff just try to unlock the doors, they don't knock first.

The hotel is a very good location. Especially for family as there are a lot of activities to engage the family in addition to the walking distance to the beach. The staff were friendly as well

The whole bathroom was a wet room so when u showered the toilet and sink got soaked.

Wifi was spotty on the 5th floor. There was no good bus connection to the train station, but that's not the hotel fault.

I loved location of the hotel, that was very close to the beach. The breakfast options were very good, only thing missing for me was addition of veggies. Beach nearby was great.

The walls were thin. Other guests making noise at unreasonable hours was intrusive.

I booked with a friend with whom I was taking part in a cycling event. The staff simply accommodated requests for 4am breakfast to be left out, bikes carried through reception and early morning check outs. If you treated them with respect they reciprocated. The staff made an effort to engage, listen and look after the people staying in the hotel I think we had their basic rooms. They were clean and well looked after.

Rather demotivated staff - it felt they really wanted to be somewhere else Rooms looked at least 30 years old, if not older. Doors, locks, wardrobes would benefit a lot from a good refresh Every little thing has extra cost: parking: 10 Euros /day, UNTIL CHECK-OUT. So if you check out at 11, then move the car late checkout: 20 Euros, to extend by just 2 hours Food and drinks at breakfast were abundant but not great quality. It felt they were the cheapest available on the market

It was cold when we arrived and the room didn’t have air conditioning turned on on heating mode (the radiators were off). The bathroom didn’t have a separate shower, the shower was basically the whole bathroom. The hotel was really old and seemed newer and refurbished from the photos online.

Parking spaces are limited. And no free parkings on street. Bathroom shower between toilets.

Good view if you getting room with sea view. Location next to the beach. Rooms are old, but you have all needs. Breakfast are good.

The exterior, the breakfast and the staff were exiting. The room had the balcony with sea view, exceptional breakfast and location! If you are traveling lowcost, it is perfect place for you.

Hotel stay paid on booking, but extras were added onto hotel bill as if not paid. Confusing. Should just have been extras, parking, taxes etc.

Next to the hotel is a small amusement area, so it stays loud for a while. The rooms aren't the nicest, but if you're not spending much time there, it should be fine.

The young staff was very kind and looked after me perfectly. A bike rental included (even if the bikes should be maintained) it was great to have! The breakfast featured plenty of variety. It was very central. The price was very cheap, that is mainly why I am so happy with my stay.

The rooms could use a little bit of renovation, as the furniture and the showers are quiet old. The beach is also paid (not included in the price).

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location is great, right across from the beach and app. 15 min by walk to the city centre. The breakfast was delicious, including grear Italian coffee of course!

Fair price but a little bit noisy until midnight. To be expected given the busy location. Ceiling fan was convenient but no aircon. Convenient location for accessing the beach. Good variety available for breakfast.
