very nice authentic Italian place, far away from the tourist areas, great to chill out by the pool or as a base to explore San Gimignano area, the host is a lovely Italian woman keeping the place in great shape

Very nice views to the Tuscan's nature and San Giminiano. We were in the middle of San Giminiano, Volterra, Sienna. Very good location! The bed is very comfortable!

The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany. It is very beautiful with olive groves and vineyards. Breakfast each morning was very good and the hostess, Grazia is very kind and attentive.

The refrigerator in the room was very noisy. There was a kitchen in the building, but it wasn't for guests (we eventually agreed to use it), but if it were open to the public, it would certainly make the accommodation even more attractive.

Incredible view from the balcony (if you have a room overlooking the pool), nice pool (just a shame it was only open from 9am, you'd want to swim there before breakfast). Room clean with beautifully renovated bathroom. We booked the accommodation at the last minute, there was no problem with arrival. The owner only spoke Italian but we always got along somehow in the end.

Location is great - less than an hour to Pisa, Florence, Sienna and 8 minutes to San Giminano. Owner had great recommendations where to go for a dinner! Breakfast could be better, but I guess that is Italian breakfast :-) Our app was very big and the views are just the best! It has a nice pool so I belive it is great to spend time there also in warmer months. Would stay there again!

The listing shows pictures of the main house but we were put up in a house away from the main one. It was comfortable but didn’t have the views of the main one. It’s unfortunate that they don’t market their wine or give you a tour of their winery. We ended up buying wine at another winery.

Great location. Spectacular views of the Tuscan landscape. Short trips to the main attractions. Quiet and peaceful. Great breakfasts outdoors. Our host Grazia was warm and funny. She gives you a bottle of their delicious wine upon arrival.

Lovely location with a beautiful view of San Gimignano and hills. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. We already miss Grazia. Big rooms with everything one would need. Amazing pool. Heavenly garden with olives and roses. Should I go on??

This was the best week of holidays spent thanks to cara Grazia - the best, the kindest and most special host we have met during our italian road trip. The Azienda is a “wow”, set on the hill with a view of San Gimignano, beautiful garden, great swimming pool, all so pictures and so peacefull… spacius and clean room with a pool view, various delicious breakfast every morning.. Great location for day trips around Tuscany. No need to look for a mini market near by as you won’t find any - but there is a “golden” fridge in the hallway hiding always cold Inchusa beer and also the chianti produced by the owner is not to be missed :) We rate this property 10 out of 10 as 15 is not possible :) Cara Grazia, grazie per una vacanca perfetta!!!!!

the rooms are simple and clean with all the necessities. might be due a few updates but feel the price / value are fair.

a beautiful agriturismo in the heart of toscana but also the ideal picture perfect location with cypress trees, olive orchard, grape vines, and for day trips to nearby medieval borgos or Firenze / Siena. we loved the pool the quite calm and surrounding nature.

We are from a tea drinking country so it would be a good idea to have a kettle for tea in room and at breakfast.The breakfast was good.

The room was overlooking the pool and the pool was big and good to relax by.The bed was comfy and warm.The kitchen was neat and tidy

Property (rooms) extremely dark with old furniture, everything is very used (towels, beds), dirty bathrooms .. breakfast was really poor (cheapest products from supermarket nearby) , parking is on the street when there is quire a traffic - so it's not a private place. totally overpriced stay in comparison to whole Italy trip! there are plenty of other nice villas, communication with the owner is not possible if you do not speak Italian... we decided to shorten our stay, loose money and move to other place 3km away... Terrace is maybe nice but condition of this place is horrible

Our accommodation could use some updating, especially the bathroom. The shower head is old and an eyesore. This place as special and lovely as it used to be, misses that over the top feel to make it extra special, it has a basic feel. Only the bare basics are provided to get by, which misses the mark when you are in a getaway/holiday. The breakfast was also okay, nothing to write about, we would have bought the yogurt, bread and juice just as easily. Like I said, bare basics and nothing else. The electronics payment was broken and we were expected to pay over €720 cash 😲. Thank goodness for IBAN. Our host didn’t speak a lick of English so communication was extremely poor, I have a few basic Italian terms but not enough to converse. Overall, I did feel a bit disappointed by this accommodation. The location, however, is top notch. So much potential.

The location is in a hilltop in Tuscany which is gorgeous. The views outside the windows are stunning. It’s quiet and picturesque. The rooms were clean. I would recommend this location with caveats.

As with all rural stays they are out of the way so dinner options prove challenging daily given there are dark, twisting roads to negotiate returning home. Would have been nice to find out earlier that dinner at farm was possible and prices for same.
