More ikea style, than beautiful furnitures from photos. Not stable water temperature under the shower. Balcony’s doors not closing perfectly, so not protecting well from city noise.

The bathroom was small, although the shower was a decent size, but the placement of the toilet and sink made it a bit awkward to get in and out. There was a step up into the bathroom after you opened the door, so once the door was closed, you had to be careful not to slip down off the step. Breakfast was at a cafe downstairs, which was just coffee and pastry/cake.

The accommodation is on Ortigia Island, which is beautiful. Location was good and walkable to everything on the Island and around a 30/40 minute walk to other main sites. The room size was adequate.

Very transactional relationship - got the address & instructions - no help, no advice - inaccurate for breakfast time... It's perfect if you don't like chit chats but would hardly fall into the 'Bed & Breakfast category'

extremelly well located in Ortigia island. our room was very quiet (backyard), large with a small bathroom that wouldn' mind a little refresh. Breakfast at the bar downstairs is good

Some noise from the street (windows open on the square). Payment in cash only. Hot water very slow to show up in the shower (allow several minutes). No minibar or cups/glasses in room.

The check in was precarious and depended on our having a phone plan and familiarity with WhatsApp. It was only by good luck that we came upon other guests who could help us make contact. Other guests were also in the building with similar frustration from being unable to contact anyone on site.

The location was on a main square with glorious fountain. It was within walking distance to the main sights and convenient to the bus routes that took us to more distant mainland spots.

We were exhausted and needed sleep. Because it is on the main piazza, the garbage truck comes and picks up the bar bottles from the restaurants--at 1:00 a.m.. The first night what sounded like a jet airplane hovered near out room--at 3:00 a.m for about 20 minutes (some kind of compressor/pressure washer maybe?). That was followed by the street sweepers at 6:00 a.m. So this wasn't the best place for us in that respect, The restaurants were't noisy at night and the piazza was otherwise very quiet.

The size of the room and the comfort was very good. We thought we would like the location on the piazza, and in many ways, that was wonderful. The host was amazingly kind and very very helpful.

Parking was 5 blocks away along the water front. The underground Parkade 3 blocks away couldn't take our larger mini van.

Excellent location. Two blocks away from the Duomo, meters away from 2 bus stops. Big rooms with a modern bathroom.

Not easy to park nearby (we used a public paid park 10 min walking distance). The building doesn't have a lift and one needs to go through a lot of stairs to access the room. No fridge or coffee machine in the room.

Even though breakfast states included it was only a breakfast voucher so not good value Communication was very poor, when messaging the property I was only receiving automated replies, check in information was not provided on the day, I had to find their WhatsApp number myself to get this information

I wanted to check in before the time indicated by the host, or at least leave the luggage for some time before the check-in, but it was hard to get the response from the host about it, even I was reminding about it a few times. And I wanted an information only, to arrange my stay. It was disapointing because it almost spoiled our day in Siracusa.

The room was very comfortable, very comfortable bed. Nice decor of the room and the building. High ceilings. Breakfast is served in the cafe downstairs - veeery tasty, great option! The location is PERFECT, just in the middle of Ortigia. In the historic (or looking like) building. We had a room with the piazza view so it was cool, but noisy - mind it if you care about such things :)

We did not have the keys for the central door , so we were locked out for half an hour till some other guest came. The staff contacted us just 30 min. before check in .

Car parking was difficult. If you want to park in a private garage I recommend you book ahead as spaces are limited. It would have been nice to know this in advance.
