Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumBreakfast was simple, but OK. Due to a flight delay we arrived after midnight and had to pay a late check-in surcharge.
Great location close to the airport, which was very convenient for our trip. The room was fine for a short, practical stay.

United KingdomLa courte di Stelio was just what we wanted. Walking distance to the airport, train station and central Pisa. The staff were very helpful and friendly answering any questions we had. The garden is really nice to sit in after a long day. We would definitely stay here again.

United KingdomLovely place with very helpful staff. We were on a biking trip and they advised us we could walk from the airport with our bike boxes with a trolley from the airport which worked well. They also have space to store bike boxes at €5 a night which was very helpful and also lent us tools to help dismantle bikes on our return journey home. They have a garage to store bikes over night.

NorwayThe breakfast was a bit dull, no croissants or fresh bakery.
Just a short walk from the airport in a quiet neighbourhood. No problem finding the place, and the host greeted us at arrival in the evening and showed us the rooms that where clean and comfortable. Lovely little backyard.

United KingdomOn that morning, breakfast could have had a bit more choice of fresh fruits and savoury options but that’s the only thing I can say….everything else was very good indeed!
The airport is just few minutes from the B&B and very easy to find (but the B&B is surprisingly quiet despite the vicinity to the airport). The accommodation was the very large “barn style” room in the garden with even an outside private seating area. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed hanging around the common breakfast area with his books, paintings, car & bikes collections….and reading about the history of the place. Overall “Corte di Stelio” is an excellent place and very handy for catching early flights! Highly recommended!

We had a late flight into Pisa Airport and needed a B&B for the night before picking up our hire car the next morning. The B&B was about a 12-minute walk from the airport and easy to find. The receptionist was very helpful and showed us to our spacious, air-conditioned room. Even though it was late, he kindly offered us a drink, and we enjoyed two beers in the garden at just €2.50 each — great value. Breakfast was included in the price and consisted of a self-service buffet, which was convenient and satisfying. Overall, it was a very good experience: the location is excellent (very close to the airport), the area felt safe, and it offered great value for money.

United KingdomSuperbly located for the airport early flight. Car parking was easy and secure. Beautiful garden. Lovely owner and staff who were welcoming and Simone clearly loves his work. Lovely place to sit out and partake of the wine offered in the honesty bar in the breakfast room. We found a pizzeria relatively close by that was recommended by a local girl. Next time we stay we will ask for a room with a window as it felt a bit claustrophobic in the room we were in. But it served its purpose. I loved the story of the history of the b and b and also the cherished and much loved collections of the owner. Thank you so much.

RomaniaThe proximity to the airport and train station means that airplanes and trains are very audible, while ourselves don't have a problem with it, light sleepers will have a bad time. The wifi upstairs was very unreliable and didn't provide decent coverage or speed. The matress on the bed was too soft for our taste.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Luca. The included breakfast had everything needed to get a quick start to the day. Cleaning was done daily without requesting. Close to the airport and Pisa Centrale, both can be reached by foot, about a 10 minute walk. The yard was very nice and provided the necessary respite after a long day of wandering.

IrelandNothing Just perfect!
We had a most wonderful stay at this great b&b From the moment we arrived the owner/staff were so nice , kind and helpful to us giving us instructions for getting to city and airport, which is literally across the road. The host even had the bus tickets for sale to get to the city. We were a group of 6 old school friends doing a trip to chinque terre and this was our final night. We sat in the lovely garden that night and it was so nice to relax and not worry about getting to the airport for our early morning flight The breakfast room was so quaint and interesting and so full of everything we needed for self service breakfast and a fridge for a drink of wine / beer for our evening with a kitty to pay. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
