Don't worry, you don't have to carry your case up to the 2nd floor, there is a lift to the left of the stairs when you come in, it's tucked away. It's slightly eery downstairs if you don't put the light on (on the left, directly as you come in).

Clean, great location, had what I needed, super simple/easy check in check out, read your check in instructions for the key safe code. There is a tea/coffee machine and some little snacks. The bed was comfy. There is a blanket, towels and a hair dryer provided.

The only thing I did not like was the toilet sink which was a little small and some water was coming out.

It it is described as a B&B but breakfast wasn’t available. However, I did enjoy use of the coffee machine and the property was still good value even without breakfast.

Central location close to Piazza Del Campo. Comfortable bed and fridge inside room. I was able to keep my electric bike in the communal area downstairs.

A few more breakfast items would have been nice, but the availability of hot drinks at any time was a bonus and much appreciated.

Excellent location and freedom to come and go at will. Good size room, well equipped and comfortable. Managed to check in early and leave my bags, even though the room wasn’t ready, which was extremely helpful, and allowed me to make the most of the all-too-short time I had in Siena.

The one drawback for me was that the outlet in the bathroom was different than the rest and so, even with an adapter, it blew up my machine (Waterpik) to properly clean in and around implants. I looked around to purchase another one but it would have cost me $300 Canadian dollars!

The location was billed as having a breakfast. There was only dried cereal available and no milk for the cereal.

Awesome location right near the center of activity. Staff was very friendly and helpful and even held the bags for a few hours to do some site seeing after checkout.

You must absolutely keep the windows closed, there is a bar downstairs and the smokers outside will drift smoke up to your room. The windows have a good seal though so if they're closed it's no problem.

Totally amazing! Large room, superb location. Check-in handled very easily by WhatsApp and a lockbox. The fridge in the room was super helpful. It really felt like I was at home in my own apartment. Very happy to have the elevator as well, you must go down the hall to the left of the stairs at the lobby.

Based on the price (around 92 euros per night), we expected to have a good fresh breakfast. However, it was only rusk, nutella and jam with a coffee machine. No fresh bread or italian sweets, no fruits or juice nor black tea, no salty or baked products.

It is super clean with easygoing and caring owner. The room is comfortable and spacious enough. And I guess the walls are thick enough to block any noise from next rooms. There is a air conditioner and double glazed glass. 2-3 minutes to piazza il Campo.
