At arrival there was nobody at the reception desk which is closed during certain times in the day.

The view is amazing and the pool is fantastic. It’s great having the bar right by the pool (though I wish there were fewer wasps, not that you can do much about that!). Breakfast was excellent, and the room was top-notch.

Beautiful swimming pool area with great view on Noto. Also there is bar available with snacks and drinks. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Whole area was really charming - vintage villa sorrounded with astonishin olive trees.

The pool with the view was fantastic! Bar and snacks pool side was a huge plus. One of the best breakfasts we had in Italy.

The breakfast is good but the hours could be extended a bit at least to 10:30am. The pool bar was often closed even when it was supposed to be open and didn't offer much choice. It would be nice if the hotel could offer some more food options to have some nibbles or aperitivo by the pool. A restaurant would also be a great addition! The sun beds felt a bit used and not very firm. It would be nice if the beach towels were changed everyday at no extra charge.

The hotel structure is beautiful, with an amazing view of Noto. The pool is nice for relaxing. The room is very nice and modern, you can see the hotel is very new. Bathroom is great and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is lovely but very quiet so more appropriate for people who just want some peace and quiet.

The fact we only booked two nights .

Absolutely perfect location to stay when visiting Noto if you are travelling with a car . The property exceeded our expectations. The rooms are well appointed and large . They have lovely large showers and bathrooms and we enjoyed the private terrace. The pool area is absolutely fantastic so well maintained and clean and the pool bar was such a lovely surprise and meant we could stay at hotel by the pool all day and enjoy lunch and drinks before heading into Noto for the late afternoon and evening . The breakfast was delicious and such a wide variety on offer. We enjoyed such a relaxing stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful property with amazing friendly and hospitable staff.

The bed could have been better, but it was fine. Given how lovely every other detail was, the linens could have been of a higher quality.

The breakfast and terrace were great. The pool was also lovely. The rooms were very nice. The setting was beautiful, from the gardens to the terraces. I wish that getting into Noto had been easier. I misunderstood why the shuttle was.

No pool towel and was told 3 euros to rent one. How can you have a pool and not provide towels to your guests staying there. It also stated if you needed a second towel it would be another 3 euros.

Exceptional! We loved our stay, we would have stayed longer if we could! First, the place is amazing. The pool is overlooking the city of Noto, the room is wide, with a little terrasse behind, lovely! The breakfast is copious, with Sicilian and Italian specials. And above all, the staff is super lovely ! Everyone is extra kind, with great tips, and super friendly! Many thanks to them all!

Everyone was sooo kind and very pleasant along with being very professional. I took a few of Baglio Genovesi business card to give my friends! Location was perfect along with the view, meals and accommodations. Everyone had smiling faces and something nice to say.
