Apart of the gentlemen at the reception, very few people speak good English. The choice of food at the beach bar is very limited.

1.- I didn't like the fact that they charge for beach beds or towels in the beach club for the guests. The bed in the room has a disaster, we are not complainers and we didn't have a long stay.

Great location near Bari, beautiful beach. Big rooms. The staff is wonderful and super helpful, they were a delight every step of the way. The beach cafe/bar is lovely too and the restaurant is super nice.

Beach is all rock, with the Adriatic generally rough so it’s a rare event to swim. The on site Bistro was very average ..

The beach area is very specific, no sand, no grass, difficult access to the sea. Food in a bar was fine, but messy around, waste everywhere around. Pool has limited opening hours and require caps, we could not use it. Thank to our private jaccuzzi, it was not a big deal for us.

We have got a large trulli with private terrace, 2 sunbeds, outdoor table and private jaccuzzi! It was very nice! Staff is warm and welcoming, thanks for early check in, i really appreciate!

There was only two people at the property. I thought it had gone into administration! No breakfast option, pool was dirty and the salad we ordered at the pool cafe looked like last weeks.

The bed sheets could have been changed every 3 day’s! Especially if it’s 120 Fahrenheit! Overpriced for July would’ve thought August would have been more expensive but the room was pretty good. The shower needs a mat very slippery when you shower since we stayed 13 days we decided to go buy shower mats for the shower floor!

Beds were uncomfortable, air-con not working at their best, they charge for the apartment an extra €8 which i consider a robbery if you want to use the kitchen, there is no kettle to make yourself a tea or coffee , the cutlery in the kitchen was dirty in the draws, the pool is filled with sea water which make your eyes itchy, and the biggest joke is the silly swim hats you need to buy at reception for €3 that make you look the kiko from Chavo del 8, only a few hours the pool is open 9 to 1pm and 3 to 6pm the place is visited by locals everyday and noisy kids all over the place so not much space to relax, expect to pay for an umbrella too another £8. The cafetière to make an expresso in our room didn't even had a handle, so not health and safety taken into account when charging 8 euros for using the kitchen. We really regretted to stay here, The only good thing was some of the staff was nice and helpful.

Aircon was not working and depowered regularly by some software control. We contacted the reception several times to get it turned on again. In general the outdoor areas were worn out at in bad conditions. The personnel was however kind and friendly

Pool not open all time. Booking confirmation had not any latestcheck out time and i was charged 60euros for late checkout. Shower clogged. Resturant was a complete joke.

This hotel has no services until june 12- no bar, no breakfast, nothing at all. It is actually closed but offers rooms at full charge, even more as published in the room and with check out at 10.00 Fully overpriced and when you are not operational, you should more clearly communicate that you are actually fully closed and should not accept reservations. Hotel room was okay, but it is nothing without breakfast or other services / no beach or pool or anything on site. When you have no pool or dinner in restaurant, you could still offer breakfast to your guests.

Misleading data about location, beach, etc. Not near to beach, not as large not close. Horrible landscape maintenance.

We were there During the 3rd week of May which is out of season. So, the beach, pool and restaurant were closed. However, in addition to that the reception area was also closed, except for a brief period in the morning when the cleaning staff was in. In short, if you wanted ice, extra water, or had a problem you need resolved, good luck there is no one on site unless a security guard near the entrance. Also the ground were unkept. The grass was uncut and weeds were growing. It looked like a ghost town. Stay away. You will have better amenities are your local roadside motel.
