Lovely spacious room, quiet and Carlo and his wife were super helpful and the lady making our breakfast was great....remembered what we liked and cooked fresh every morning. Hotel is ideal location for exploring areas of Tuscany by train.

Everything! This hotel is fabulous. Gorgeous large room, immaculately clean, with an amazing shower, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Hard to fault. Good breakfast option for just €8.

The breakfast was fantastic, the owner and personel are super nice & helpful, the hotel has great standard, rooms are clean and close to any and all destinations you can wish for in Montecatini. Best experience in a hotel with family in a very long time. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff. Excellent location exceptionally clean and well decorated. This is a nice size hotel no large tour groups like most of Montecatini hotels. Ideal for individual travellers. We will certainly stay here again.

The guest has no control over the AC temperature, and it only switches off when you open the window. Not ideal.

nothing in particular….I would prefer a slightly softer mattress personally….but every person is different, of course.

We liked the hotel itself: renovated, updated, modern, clean, cheerful, nicely appointed, in a great location, high ceilings, opening windows, great shower with a pleasant ambiance, enough place for the suitcases, wood floors, no heavy curtains, high quality of air and well functioning everything in our room and bathroom. We loved the friendly, patient, professional owner and staff of the hotel: Irina and Barbara were super helpful, did everything with pleasure and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was always sparkling clean because there is a wonderful cleaning lady, who understands your needs even without asking. We had an awesome stay and hope to repeat it in future!

An excellent hotel in the city center, all objects can be reached on foot, all cities can be reached by train! Cozy, like at home, there is always coffee and snacks, excellent drinking water. The staff is polite and helpful, the rooms are large and clean, the bathroom is excellent. Will definitely come back here)

Nothing really. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but the owner gave us excellent suggestions for places to try for dinner.

Generous sized room, with great design details (lighting, bathroom). Owner and staff were vey knowledgeable and helpful. Free mineral water (sparkling and still) on tap. Excellent breakfast - several different themes to choose from.
