Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location was difficult to get from and to the airport. It also wasn't close to Rome (although pretty easy accessible with train if you take 1h time in Total). It felt a bit overpriced for the location it was in. Room was ok but nothing special.
Everything was clean and 24h reception was helpfull.

Advertised airport shuttle and she owe arrived we were told there was none. We paid $75 in cab fare. We feel we should be reimbursed due to false advertising. It’s the main reason we chose that hotel Also no soap in shower. Broken dispensers

The description mentioned a top floor terrace but it was not accessible. It also mentioned availability of bicycles, but there was no mention or notice of them. The elevator worked well but the glass walls needed cleaning.
The room was clean, it had a great view of the sea and it was a quiet location for sleeping. Breakfast was good with an assortment of foods.

Not clean enough, hotel's area doesn't seem like good area to visit. Again, I don't see a reason to stay there unless the close location to the airport is mandatory.
The is located very close to FCO airport and the beds were quite comfortable. However, I do not see a reason to stay there unless you have a flight to catch in an unnormal hour.

the location was great and the staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, could do with a little TLC in places but overall was nice. The breakfast was nice, some more hot options would have been great but what was there did the job fine.

The distance, they need to inform the guest of the distance.
The place is to far from the airport, for a one night stay they need to tell you about the distance from the airport. That added $80 to my stay. So I was not very happy with it.

You cannot beat the location. The property is directly across from the public beach access. Just walk across the street. It was why I booked the quaint hotel. I put up with the squeaky bed and the bad smell from the bathroom toilet if you didn't leave the toilet seat down and the fan on.

Our flight was delayed with several hours and the staff was helpfull with our very late check in. The room was very spacious. Allthough situated in an old building the rooms are very well equipped and excellent heat isolated.

Facilities eg shower rather in need of updating/ maintaining. Ditto hooks on wall.

It wasn't clean. Uncomfortable bed. My Miss Dior perfume "went missing" (keep all valuables LOCKED). Overpriced drinks at the Hotel (would recommend to drink directly on the beach and buy water/sodas at the supermarket, there's a Conad 200 m from the hotel). SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS: this has nothing to do with the hotel, but still: if you're going to Il Delfino (the private beach across the street), watch out for the lifeguard Juan. he's an impostor.
Great location, only a couple meters from the beach. It had AC and a varied buffet breakfast. The staff was helpful. Overall a nice environment.

noisy people after 10 pm next to our room breakfast was alright for 2 days, can't imagine to be there longer, not much food just basic, one day no eggs, other yes, one day fruit bowl yes, other not. no breakfast box possible when we had to leave very early and i paid for it - very bad ..

Nice location right by the beach, 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Nice and clean. Very helpful staff. OK Italian breakfast. A few good restaurants down the street.

They can think of a more varied breakfast. I had booked a room with a sea view. It was extremely narrow, the blinds on the window rising very low. There was a view of the sea only if my husband held the blind with his hand

Top roof terrace looks lovely in the photos but it cannot be used due to hot temperature due to enclosure with glass windows all over
Clean, modern rooms and common areas. Breakfast ok. Very good value for money. Only disappointment was top roof terrace that has been transformed in a conservatory completely closed off with glass and too hottobeused. Pity. For the rest, very comfortable hotel
