Street noise was a little loud.

Great location off a major bus route to the train and metro station. 5 min walk to Pantheon, 15 min walk to Coliseum, 25 min walk to Vatican. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning and it was great! Free espresso in the room. Comfortable bed and clean room. Would stay here again!

Room was very dark which was great for sleeping but with steps up to bed platform it was a bit challenging getting up in the middle of the night. A small night light would have been great but very minor issue.

Breakfast supplied to the room was great. Nice combination of fruit, pastries, coffee, yogurt. Also provided us with items for an early departure on our second day. Courtyard terrace very charming (too cold to enjoy during this visit though). Elisa was very helpful with knowledge of the area, taxi location and provided a converter for our phone charging since we forgot ours at home.

Room was a little small, but comfortable enough for all of us and open luggages. There is no lift to the room, so there are several steps that the luggage needs to be carried over.

This was the best accommodation we had (family of 4, children under 12) throughout our 2-week trip to Italy. The room was clean and modern, with some toiletries provided. Fantastic breakfast was delivered to our room daily. TV had YT and NF to entertain the kids. Location was superb, within walking distance to major tourist attractions and bus stop a stone's throw away - top-rated eateries were nearby too.. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kids thought we were at a 5-star property!

Breakfast was good and had a good selection, and being able to choose a few items was nice. The staff also was nice and helpfull. The location is great, close to most of the attractions by foot. All in all a good place. Also the fridge has a few items included, which was nice if you need a drink and forget to buy one.

1) the wi-fi was very unstable and did not meet expectations 2) we were travelling with friends who did not have air conditioning for their full stay. It was a huge problem for them because of the heat and the fact that the broken air conditioner dripped continuously creating a serious tripping hazard in their room. Absolutely nothing was done to correct the situation and the compensation offered was very low.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, location and breakfasts.

As others have indicated, it is a little complicated to get get in first time but once in it is easy. There are some stairs to carry bags if that is an issue for you but not too many if fit enough.

Close to everything and nice room for B&B. Quiet and small balcony was nice to open to get fresh air. Good air conditioning and small sitting area to have breakfast in room.

My only complaint was having noisy neighbours coming and going in the hall late into the night. Also the light sensor in the hallway didn't always go on, so had to make my way through the dark a couple times.

The breakfast service was unreal! So much choice (just way too much food for me). Always prompt and delivered with a smile. Even had a cute personal courtyard to eat it in. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Great location close to everything.

A very well appointed room in a great location. The welcome gifts and complimentary non alcoholic drinks were a nice touch. Signora Elisa was very pleasent and made a lovely breakfast each day. The gentleman at the building reception assisted us with our bags which was very good of him.

AC is really close to the bed. If your are not used to it, you'll propably catch a cold.

Perfect homebase in the city to reach everything by foot. Breakfast is great. Staff is very nice and helpful. Free drinks in the fridge.
