The ski storage is pretty far distance from the Cable Car, including some inconvenient stairway.

Very nice location and friendly hotel staff. Very nice buffet restaurant with every night a very diverse choice of food.

- no radiator in the bedroom, only one in the bathroom which was too hot for ski clothes - not exactly the same room as in the picture on Booking (smaller) - no kettle in the room - obligation to wear swimming caps in the pool

- good food, variety of dishes, fresh fruits and veggies - nice staff - great location - room was tidy and cozy - very good wellness zone (water, tea and apples much appreciated) - ski room was good and close to the entrance

Pillows were disappointing, very flat and uncomfortable but I guess I could have let the staff know and ask for replacement.

Excellent place! Having read some of the lower reviews I was a bit wary to book it however the hotel was absolutely great and I am very happy I chose Zirm Hotel. Coffee at breakfast was very good. It was warm inside. Food was absolutely fine, we could always find something we liked. Excellent room service. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it and will most likely go back.

Elevators in Cristal hotel need to be updated, scaring moving inside them. Besides there should be 1 additional elevator for service only.

Location, breakfast, gulash, comfortable room with super nice view. The Maitre at restaurant is very smart and he suggested us to get the Capoucvino and coffee not from the machine (from the machine is horrible)

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The room itself was expensive so I expected more. Beds only had one pillow each, very flat. Minimal toiletries. Costs extra for swim caps, robes, underground parking. Meals included were ok, a little more variety would be nice. Coffee was awful.

Close to ski lifts, beautiful views, helpful staff.

Temperature in Bar was not so high, and the bar could be a bit larger.

Location. Food. Hotel was warm! Temperature in the rooms was so high you are sleeping with open windows, with -10C outside. Spa was nice. Temperature in the pool around 22-25C quite nice for a swimming pool. Price vs quality ratio is super!

The music from the bar was quite loud in the evenings.

Fantastic location, excellent facilities, large comfortable rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffets served a wide selection of foods including local delicacies and wines. The staff we encountered were very friendly and professional :)

Pour variety of food during dinner buffet; Food temperature not keep as HACCP standard. Room TV not working, Phone too, towel very strict policy, Very problematic to find the room, no instruction of the safety box, no bathroom amenities;

Location is Great. 4-star hotel should be much higher standard overall. Spa well manage
