United KingdomOur arrival at reception was very disappointing. We arrived late, around 9 PM after a long drive from Alghero. At check-in, Eugenia told us about the Ferragosto dinner and confirmed with the restaurant that we could join if we were there by 9:30 PM. Instead of letting us head straight to dinner, she spent time explaining details that could have easily waited until the next day, then walked us to our room about 10 minutes away. By the time we quickly left our luggage and returned to the reception area at 9:32, we were told we could no longer be served. Her attitude was rude and unhelpful, which left us frustrated. In addition, cleaning standards could have been better — during our entire stay, the dirty cups and glasses from the room were never taken away.
The resort has good facilities, the location is beautiful, the food is great, and the rooms were comfortable. The manager was extremely professional and helpful — he personally came to reception and took us to the restaurant so that we could still enjoy the Ferragosto dinner after our negative check-in experience. His effort truly saved the night.

IrelandAs a guest of the hotel you have to pay extra to use the pool or sun beds (7€ per person per day). After you will find out the if you want beach towels are another 5€ /person /day. Very small shower in room. No wifi in the room. TV has no signal most of the time. Beach is rocky and the water quite deep. ( probably the worst beach in Sardinia) We have been all around the island on a tour. This was the worst beach.
Traditional tiny houses are beautiful. Decent size rooms.

We loved hospitality of the staff, they were wonderful and very helpful! Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day and we have no objections on that part. Beach is beautiful, big, the sea is clean and refreshing, food was delicious. We will definitely return to this wonderful place.

United KingdomThe lack of a ramp that connected the rooms at the back of the resort to the main area (crossing the road). Yes there is a ramp at the entrance of the car park but cars pass there so I don’t think it is safe with a pushchair with a baby. Next year we will have another baby and I would not be able to lift two push chairs by hand down the steps.
The swimming pool was great for kids.

BelgiumHowever, the negative aspects significantly impacted my experience. The most frustrating part was the additional costs that were not clearly explained during booking. For instance, towel rentals and beach access are charged separately, and even if you don’t use these services every day, you are required to pay for the entire stay. These extra charges made the final cost of the experience less enjoyable than expected from a 4-star resort. Another issue was the unpleasant odor in the bathrooms, which is definitely not in line with the standards of a resort claiming to be 4 stars. Additionally, there were very few entertainment options for children, which could be a challenge for families looking for activities for the little ones.
My stay at the resort had some pleasant moments, but a few issues detracted from the overall experience. Starting with the positives: the biggest strength of this place is certainly the staff. Every employee was exceptional—extremely polite, attentive, and always available to assist in any situation. Moreover, the resort offers a very calm and peaceful environment, perfect for those seeking relaxation. The food was also a highlight. The buffet was varied and well-prepared, offering delicious options for all tastes.

UkraineFirst of all, of course it isn't 4* hotel. 1. Food was almost the same every day. On breakfast only boiled eggs and scramble (sometimes with egg shell) and one type of the same cheese every day. We are vegetarians, so I will comment it from this point of view. And I see it for the first time that you are not allowed to take food by yourself. It was complication for us because they always gave us only a little portion and we had to ask every single time to give us more because it is the only food we have to eat. COFFEE!!! Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I was expecting to drink good Italian coffee but you will get only instant Nescafe. For better beans coffee you need to pay additional money on bar. Vegetables are the same every day on breakfast and dinner: sometimes a little bit green tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. This is it. 2. When you come please be ready to pay additional money for using swimming pool, for animation, for deck chairs. And on reception they will tell you very unfriendly that it is mandatory! We paid additional 70 eur. But when we came to the beach and laid on deck chair from nowhere appeared a lifeguard and said us that we need to pay additional 15 eur each for the first raw, we just started laughing....fui, shame on you and your attitude towards your guests. The problem is not to pay money, the problem that when we are on vacation I want to pay one time for everything when I am still at home and not to pay for every step I made in your hotel. Why you didn't mentioned it in the description, why you didn't include this amounts in the total sum if it is mandatory from your words. It looks like you want to cheat your guests. Your pool is shallow only for small kids, we didn't even used it. You don't have any animation program, you lied to us.
The location of the hotel. We enjoyed pines on the beach and viewing mountains. In one word, nature is beautiful on this island.

DenmarkThere was no internet available for a "standard room", which was not mentioned during booking. Tiny shower cabin. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast had very poor options. No "kids-free" zones for adults that don't want to be bothered by other people's screaming children.

Water bottles complimentary only for the first night. Then it’s not free Towels for beach not free Theses information should be told before the booking to avoid any surprises. And of course if I knew that I will never book to this hotel. I will not recommend your hotel to someone.

FinlandHardly a 4-star property. Everything works but there are no luxurious or exceptional elements whatsoever. Pool is small and strict usage hours are enforced. Also mind numbing music is force fed to pool users with load volume all day. Breakfast is very modest and very very Italian(meaning a huge variety of sugary pastries but hardly any healthy options. They even lacked normal mysli that did not have scholate chips in it). They fruit that was available was mostly non-ripe plums and rock hard kiwi.
