Old world charm, great location, good breakfast selection, great value for money. Personally I loved the old fashioned style but it won't be to everyone's tastes.

The breakfast with buffet that you can not pick yourself (I'm not extravert that way telling other people what to put on the plate) There was a terras with plastic chairs just above my room and people where making noise when moving the chairs and walking on the terras till almost 1 am. I think if it was closed I would have had a good night sleep

The room I received totally exceeded my expecations! Super spacious, nice big (and comfy) bed, a nice nice bathroom and shower and I especially loved the little chair and table near the window overlooking the street. Great value and price and SUPER staff. Thank you to the lovely young man (Elvis?) who made me a cafe even though I was embarassingly late for breakfast!

Every time you leave your room, you have to give the keys to the person at the front desk. I am a wheelchair User so accessibility was a challenge and elevators were limited and in interesting places. Access several important areas like breakfast. Shower was next to the toilet, floods, the whole bathroom. But for a short trip, it was perfect.

Great location, right in the middle of the city. Hotel has old-historic charm. breakfast was good and simple. Front desk was kind didn’t speak much English. Some wonderful restaurants and sightseeing nearby. Wonderful city to explore.

Driving in around the area was a little difficult, particularly as streets were blocked/closed with roadworks which Google maps was not aware of

Location was excellent for walking around city centre Florence. The valet parking adjacent to the hotel was a brilliant find and relieved the stress of this issue.

There were not much space in the restaurant and not many options for breakfast. The stuff looked a little bit picky, as in with the fact that they were always insisting to leave the room keys to them whenever you were going out. The hotel didn't have any parking on its own. There was a private one which we had to use right beneath it.

We had an amazing view of the D'Uomo from our room. Also, the internal walls were filled with paintings which gave us the feeling of being in a old and luxurious Florentine accommodation. We could also not ask any better for the location, right in the city centre and behind the cathedral.

Walls were thin and you could hear noise from other rooms, there were teenagers staying on the same floor who made a lot of noise during the night. Breakfast had very limited options, only few things to choose from. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not great.

Great location, 4 minute walk from the Duomo, it was on a quiet street, could not hear noise from the outside. Staff were helpful, had no issues, I could leave my suitcase after checking out since I had time before my flight. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very central and just 3 minutes away from the Duomo. It covers up the basic necessities and the price is quite good for such central location in Florence.

Other visitors made lots of noise during nights and the shower was so tiny it was hard to use. The scrambled eggs on breakfast were so bad I couldn't eat them (dry and crazy salty).
