Ants on the kitchen counters every morning and there was no food on the counter Main bathroom ran out of hot water in 3 minutes Main bed mattress worn out sagging badly in the middle

The bungalow is moving 😄 when someone moves around your or next door house ( like earthquake). You can hear your neighbours talking. For the child it wasn't provided bed sheet and pillowcase.

The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Easy to check in and check out. There are lots of facilities on site. The location of the site is quiet and spacious. A bit difficult to move around with public transport but there is shuttle bus to the centre of town and is quite cheap (5€/person return ticket).

Too many stairs to thump, thump, thump with our luggage. But, was interesting to meet people from everywhere! Nice staff.

The rural surroundings so close to hiway~ nice bungalow~ very friendly staff~ only breakfast we had in 10 days that was not just pastries and coffee.

Connectivity to the city centre is poor. U have to change bus and trains. WiFi was very weak in accommodation area

The restaurant was AMAZING! We also loved that there was a pool, kids playground and laundry. The rooms were a bit small for our family of 5 but it was worth the price.

Constantly about 15 minutes waiting time at the reception/information. The pool closed very, very early: At 5PM! So no chance to take a swim after sightseeing.

Good location - close to Rome City. Great pool area! And the restaurant served very good food.

Everything was fine. Location was good, bus stop is near the camp. You have to use bus and than metro to get to the city.

The pool was open in late April, but not heated - ice cold. Same with the bubble pools - I've never seen an unheated bubble pool/hot tub before. Pool only open 11-17 so very limited time for kids to play in water, especially if you spend the day in town. Area outside property very dirty and filthy with piled up trash and garbage on the elevated walkway across the highway which leads to supermarket and bus stop. Bus to city center is very convenient but in the mornings bus gets very crowded as there are many people from Hu going to town at the same time.

The place is very clean and well maintained. Our cabin appeared to be brand new. Comfortable place just outside Rome center but easily reached with public transport, which makes it a much better deal than staying in town. Although situated right next to a busy highway the place is very quiet. Supermarket across the street is well stocked and has a good selection of hot food like pizza, pasta etc. to eat in or take out.

When we came there was no hot water and the air conditioner did not work, they couldn't fix the air conditioner.

There are many great things like the location-close to bus stop and supermarket, its clean, has a pool, restaurant and a small store on sight. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They should have a microwave or coffee maker in all the rooms because they close the restaurant and people at front don’t help with hot water. The golf car never wasn’t available to take us to the room, because they always said they have to wait 20 o 15 minutes to leave, I have to walk. Please make sure to put the heat on before the guests get into the room, I was for 2 days with out heat until somebody came to fix the problem

The only thing i didnt like is the pool opening late (11am) and closing too soon (5pm). I missed the pool going to the centre of rome each time. Also the restaurant could open sooner. 6.30 is kind of late.

I loved how easy accesing the camp is. Its in the middle of a huge city but still so quiet you dont even notice it. Parking is available in front of the bungalow which is a big plus for all travellers with cars. What i liked the most are the cats. Friendly and always hungry for more food and even cuddles. Waking up and seeing all the fluffies in front of the bungalow created the most magical breakfast for me. The shop was close so cat fod acess is easy aswell. Please take care of the kitties. Dont scare them away. It is their home and you are a visitor. Instead give them a bit of food and watch them honor you for your deed. Food at the camp restaurant is amazing!!!

Connection bus to metro station was not frequent. You have to wait.In our stay location WiFi was not available, only at the common facility areas.

If you're looking to plan your vacation, don't buy excursions in camping because of the three excursions I purchased, all three were canceled on the day of the excursion, leaving me unable to re-plan the trip.

The staff is generally helpful and attentive. I recommend taking a room with breakfast. Swedish stock is very good.

The room was shaking all the time the neighbour shut their door or window. Also, the safety box was broken because of the batteries
